    AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, I received my order and it was missing $66 worth of items, they refused to credit me. Despite being a loyal customer who has spend thousands of dollars on their products over the years. I am forced to pay for items that they did not package!

    Was promised order in (2 Weeks). it has been nearly (20 Weeks). placed order 11/23/2022 today is 04/03/2023 still Waiting. I have tried Every way to contact this hmmmm "Company" Nothing respond. Order Number BN22842646. it is the civil offense of breaching the contract you made when you accepted the would-be buyer's money for the item. crime to never send item. Please respond ASAP. Thanks
