  This company JSP Home Services overcharged my mom 3X the value of the work done according to other licensed electricians, charging my mom almost $10,000 to replace fuses with a breaker box in a trailer. JSP said they replaced wires and other things but according to the private electrician friend, the pictures he told me to take showed otherwise. My 92 yr old mom can't pay this + the *****% interest the loan company is charging her. She didn't know she made this loan, and her signature isn't on the paper, just a curved line where her name should be. They did this when no family were there to be with my mom. I saw there were complaints of others whose elderly parents were overcharged as well. Can u help us at all? My mom will pay it's worth -$3000to $4000, but $9,759 is way too much for her to ever handle.

  Dont use this company they charge way too much on the average. The sales person has to meet a quota so they will sell you any equipment that you dont need they dont explain how the equipment works and they dont inspect their work after ifs done. For the last 4 months Ive been calling. Texting stopping at the office and spoke to 3 different managers . They give me the run around they lie and say they r going to fix it.. They say will call you and they dont . They guaranteed and promised me this ErV is going to work and all it does is blow cold air in my house and my furnace has to work harder and my electric bill is higher then before and the sales person ***** said all the equipment is energy star efficient which was a lie. They should have put aHRV in instead for colder climates or recommended a heat duct for the **** Which they said they r working on it. **. They knew about what they had to do for the last 4 months they guaranteed and promised me that they would send someone to fix the problem JSP sent people months later and didnt do anything said they will call me the next day after they talk to their boss etc and nothing happens they dont call you back. its 4 months later and still waiting for them to fixJSP installed different brands that was stated in my contract.which is a breach of contract.JSP thinks its a joke and its not. maybe they are taking advantage of me because Im a woman. I need help!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, charged $ 495 for 1/2 hours work to clean my dryer vent .

  JSP Bait and Switch-Then no refund Be careful here. JSP came, inspected a diagnosed my AC problem (for a fee). Then JSP quoted a price and took a deposit for parts and labor. I was told that the parts were refundable. Three days later a sales guy came and claimed it would cost more. Not $2200 but over $9000! (I check a whole new unit would cost only $4500).I told them; if you can not fix as quoted, I will go elsewhere. I asked for a refund. No refund came and no reply to 4 emails..I had the unit fixed for $1400 parts included.The engineer was a nice guy but I suspect there is a culture of squeezing the customer.I asked the credit card company to reverse the charges.Shame on them.

  I called to have an electrical outlet installed in my garage the man that came to do the estimate and possiby do the job was not a licensed electrician!!! I asked him if he was and his response was that he workes off someone else's license how shocking is that?? he gave me a price quote that I felt was outrages he also stated that he diden't have the parts to do do the job if I agreed on the price.I have asked JSP for an itemized estimate 3 times and have never recieved one. Beware of the service you ask for from JSP get a second opinion for any work you want done and get an itemized estimate of repairs

  JSP is a scam. They came out to perform diagnosis and repair on my 3 year old $20,000 air conditioning which was underperforming. I have 5 mini-splits in my home and 3 of them worked fine, 2 were experiencing issues. After informing me that the mini-splits were dirty but could not be cleaned, the technician then told me that there was water and air in my system and that it had been installed incorrectly (by a different company). Technician told me that I could probably keep the piping, but all other devices would need to be exchanged ($15-20,000). After the technician left, I googled how to clean a mini-split and performed the work myself. Wasnt to hard even for a novice, took me about 1 1/2 hours per unit to get it perfectly clean. It cost me nothing but time. It is either ignorance of the technician on how to perform basic work and troubleshooting, or horrible corruption. Based upon the other complaints that I have read now, it clearly looks like corruption. I cannot believe BBB still has them accredited.

  Terrible. Hired JSP to replace overflow pipe in bathtub. The tech replaced pipe and it leaked worse, for it wasn't tightened up and needlessly replaced bathtub drain pipes. Charged $1200.00. Sent different tech back and replaced more drain pipe and illegally cut too far into joist. Still leaks. The tech didn't even know how to adjust the bathtub stopper. They use unlicensed plumbers, illegally. ********** and apprentice plumbers must be overseen by a master *******. How are they in business when they advertise, but don't have licensed plumbers? ***

  Had an amazing experience with a large group of the staff. They reached out to me to schedule a job within 15 minutes. They were able to have someone (*******) on site within a few hours. He did an amazing job of installing a very difficult, large, bulky chandelier. When he needed help, he reached out to co-workers who came immediately. He did not stop working until everything was perfectly lined up AND the floor was vacuumed and clean! I wish all companies and their workers were so professional.

  INCOMPETENT WORKERS ?? made us lose almost $3000 because they set thermostat wrong we were heating and cooling at the same time, short story we paid $2948 more between fuel and electric in 3 months compared to last year with a 20 years old furnace, the manger of customer service ***************************** DONT CARE its been a month since I first tried to reach / reason with him, never called back even when I left millions of messages, when I finally talked to him he requested proof of us over paying compare to last year sent that over same hour its been 6 days still didnt acknowledge my email or call me back when I try to call A CUSTOMER VERY DISAPPOINTED I TRUSTED ****************** AND PAID THEM TO NOT DEAL WITH SITUATIONS ALIKE.

  On 09/12/2023 we had JSP Home Services out to our property. There was a clog in the sewer line. ****** spent 3 hours with his electric snake with 0, yes, zero success. His electric snake just kept going into the vent and never touched the actual clog. I would have thought after 1 hour of this procedure he would have said there is nothing that could be done this way. But no, he kept going to the tune of $1260.00. 3 hours of nothing! I attempted to call the office the next day and was promised a call back from ****** within 48 hours. Well, it has been way over 48 hours with no response from ****** or JSP. I did contact another plumber and the clog was resolved in less than 3 hours. And to a much softer tune! I would not recommend using "J" ust "S" tupid "P" eople for your next job. check your reviews and listen to them!
