    Scheduled JSP to inspect ** unit in my home the end of April, in which technician indicated it had great pressure, read ********************* good shape. Two weeks later I discovered a leak from the shared heating system in my attic, so I again called JSP to investigate & a repair was made. Two weeks after that repair I turned on the ** for the first time due to a hot day, (it had been cool up to this point) and discovered the system was blowing hot air. Called JSP again as the work is supposed to be guaranteed so I didnt have to pay the fee for the visit. However this tech indicated that the system had no pressure/*****. Quoted $1,000 to just to run a test to find the leak, with additional fees for the repair & if not repairable a whole new system needs to be installed. I had a suspicion that the leak was caused by the technician who came to repair the heating system so I refused JSP and called another company. They indeed found the leak within the hour they charged a $250 diagnostic fee and indicated that the damaged could only have happened by someone working in the area that banged into the ****** tubing supporting the Freon leak. I had been using JSP since 2016 but since they merged with another company things are not as good as they used to be. Wont be using them again.

    Horrible customer service and complete disregard to accountability. I waited for 6 days for a technician to show up when everyday I was told in the morning that one would be at my location. The first day I called, a technician did show up without a ladder. The company was told it was a commercial building with a rooftop unit. They recently merged with ********* Plumbing and Heating which is who I used to use with great satisfaction. I will now look for a smaller company who will show up when called for a no heat situation in 20 degree weather.

    Have used JSP for several years - expensive but usually come immediately so there's that.
    In June they replaced my central AC unit - $16,0000 - again expensive but I just wanted it done.
    In October, turning on the heat it turns out they never reconnected the pipes for the heating coils in the air handler. Water went everywhere causing slight damage and a big mess.
    Upon coming for three more days to complete the job that they said was done in June, all of my thermostats stopped working and the heat would not go off - the house was 90 degrees my only choice was to unplug the boiler.
    Coming yet again, the tech fiddled with some wires in my zone control box and declared the problem resolved. Guess what, an hour later the same thing happened. Another call and their only proposal was $1,700 to replace the zone control box. Obviously, I was livid as it worked fine for years until they were making changes to it. Furthermore, the box costs $250 at **** ***** and I figured I could rewire it myself in a couple of hours.
    Told them I was happy to pay something but I thought this was their fault and $1,700 was ridiculous. They did not care at all and offered me 10% off "as a courtesy" but would not even let me talk to a supervisor to explain that the problem was literally caused by them.
    An hour of Internet research and ******* videos later, it turns out they had mis wired the box - there was nothing wrong at all once I restored it to the "pre JSP" configuration.
    These guys are sharks. Flashy trucks, nice plumbers but literally willing to insist I pay $1,700 for something that was their fault and furthermore was not even necessary.
    Not to mention they never completed the central AC install causing significant mess and time to clean up.
    It's hard to get a plumber these days and JSP answers the phone and comes quickly and has spiffy trucks but look out I'm sure they laugh back at the office at what they're telling people they need and what they charge them.
