Unfortunately this company has offered very bad customer service. They have preyed on healthcare professionals knowing that having a presence on the internet is EVERYTHING. They continue to attempt to charge my credit card without telling me what they are trying to get payment for, without my permissions and then after I explicitly told them to stop. I never received what I was told I would get as part of my memebership and are now harassing me to pay for a press release totally over $1000!! Crazy! This company needs to be investigated!!

ONCE AGAIN, THIS BUSINESS IS LYING. NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. THEY CHARGED AND KEPT MORE THAN $1,000.00 WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. TO BOOT, WE NEVER RECEIVED THE **** PLAQUE!!!!!WARNING! DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!This is a business with predatory practices.Over a year ago, in the midst of the ******19 global pandemic, our office had the misfortune to become prey to one of this company's representatives. This lady hounded the Doctor, the practice's owner and our practice development coordinator relentlessly for several days. She started by offering ***************** packages" for thousands of dollars and proceeded to reduce the pricing as we refused all her "programs".Finally, in an attempt to stop the harassment, we agreed to purchase a wall plaque for under $150.00 and provided a credit card number to pay for it. BIG MISTAKE! HUGUE! A few months ago, we came to realize that the company had, without authorization, continued to charge monthly fees to that credit card number amounting thousands of dollars. When contacted, after hours of long, aggravating phone calls, they refused to reimburse the charged amounts, insisting that we had "verbally" agreed to purchase one of their "programs'.Whatever you do, firmly stick to your guns and absolutely do not ever say "yes", agree to purchase anything or provide any credit card information, even if you are trying to be conciliatory. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!This is a business with predatory practices.

They are scammers- scamming doctors in the name of 'Top Doc award'. I was called in the middle of my busy patient schedule and the lady rambled a bunch of stuff about recognition and posting info on internet so 'patients can find you' and ended with speaking about a $408.83 charge on my credit card which they evidently saved from me ordering a recognition plaque from them 2 mo ago (complete mistake). I tried to interrupt her 2-3 times to ask what the **** she was talking about but she continued to speak and then hung up the phone. Within 2 minutes of the call my card was charged. I have written message on their website and emailed a contact we had from the plaque ordering to reverse unauthorized charge but no response. I am going to be disputing this charge with my bank but they are complete fraud and need to be taken down!!!!

Utter and complete non sense and I was disappointed in myself for falling for this scam! The pandemic and the hospital system's denigrating abuse of its nursing, technical and physician staff has left our self esteems so badly bruised that we could all use a little "appreciation". Demand and supply at work and no wonder there are vultures like Find a Top Doc circling. Got a call one fine afternoon that I had been nominated for a top doctor award (first red flag: My hospital system has an internal peer and patient reviewed system). Then the salesperson went on to confirm my name and location (second red flag). Then she asks about my specialty (third red flag). Then she showers me with praise and informs me that I will be the first hit in my specialty for my area of practice. And this is where this call should have ended (emphasis: should've). She tells me that plaque will cost $299 with additional plaques for $99 and "online profile" for additional $99. And this is my "seemed like a good idea at the time" moment: I blurted my **** info. While I was tying up loose ends to this conversation (hardly 45 seconds) I get notification that a charge has been placed for $331 on my ****. Call ended with me feeling like an idiot so I put on my internet sleuth hat and thanks to my very honest fellow human beings on BBB I get a full measure of what I allowed to happen.I called back the number and tried talking to the sales person who I had just spoken to and she as quite taken aback at why I would refuse such an "honor" and before I could finish transferred me to customer care. After a long wait the customer care person tells me there is no record of my name or specialty and they did not charge my ****. All this while I have my credit card site pulled up with a pending charge. **************** finally said they found me (I doubt the honesty) and will reverse the charges. Not trusting what I was being fed I had to call **** and report it as a fraud and block the payment.

I am an 87 year old doctor and received a call from findatopdoc on 5/06/22 and they told me I was selected for an honorary award by a professional organization. I can't remember how but I must have given them my credit card number. When I saw the charge of $ ****** on my card I called the credit card company to dispute the charge but to no avail. I also got a cheap looking plaque in the mail. I have no idea what else I may have incurred with this terrible transaction.I was scammed and I want the charges to be rescinded.

I was randomly called this AM saying that I had been nominated for a "Top Doctor for 2020" award. She wanted information about what I would like my plaque to look like, etc. She asked for contact information AS WELL AS credit card information to pay for my $300 plaque. (In my opinion, if you actually win an award, you shouldn't pay for the plaque). This company is a scam. Not only was I an INTERN in 2020, but I also have never heard of this company. They may put that I responded to something in the mail or via email, but this is untrue. Do not give this company your information! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
