"I had an emergency with a pipe leaking in my basement ceiling , the Gerken Plumbing Techs literally came to the rescue , I feared the worst as the leak was in the ceiling under Sheetrock not the drop ceiling , they came in calmly and said dont worry its our job, we will find it , they found the leak so quickly with minimal damage to open the ceiling, fixed it, turned after back on , took the time to check the rest of the pipes to make sure everything was ok , cleaned up came upstairs talked to me explained what they fixed and were so kind and personable , Im so happy to have found a plumbing company that I can trust and that have such respectable technicians , I will recommend them to everyone I know ! SO HAPPY !"
