"Very rude, disingenuous and deceptive services. Giving false promises over phone repeatedly and accusing us as having misunderstood ****, the customer servicer at their office regarding the repair of ****** Rav-4 ***** which was repaired to our dissatisfaction after sayimng the following:- ON A DAILY BASIS, THE ADVICE WAS:I QUOTE:DO NOT WORRY - WE ARE IN CONSTANT TOUCH WITH YOUR INSURER, ALL STATE- WE WILL HANDLE THEM - WE SHALL DO THE REPAIR AS PER THE ************* SHALL FINISH THE REPAIR IN A COIPLE OF ********** HAVE TO ONLY MAKE OVER THE PAYMNENT GIVEN BY ALL STATE TO YOU ON YOUR EARLIER CLAIM & THAT IS IT ." ...
