"Hammock came with defective hardware which I was hoping would be an easy issue to resolve but this company has ignored my emails to customer support, left me on hold for hours, and then advised me to outsource my needs to my local hardware store. Unfortunately, it wasnt that easy and after being promised multiple times that a manager would call me in ***** hours (its been a a week and Ive heard nothing) I feel the need to share this experience." ...
