"I ordered a ring from this company I ordered a size 9 ring its supposed to be a monogram ring with my initials I get the ring it looks nothing like I expected granted then when I try it on it does not fit any of my fingers but the ring finger barely I reach out to them they tell me I cant get a refund and they can give me a credit because the ring was specifically made for me or what about the size so I send it back they tell me they can only go up one size what?
