    Hello! I am writing to say I NEVER had any trouble ordering and receiving packages from this store! **************** always friendly and helpful. Have ordered a few times from them. Prices are reasonable and service was fast. Reliable.

    The owner of the store, or website is very devious because he offers charges on shipping fees. He claims that the order is coming by *** or ***** but it was sent by ************* ************** instead a cheaper way of shipping anything and he charges double on the shipment, I complain to him about it but he disregarded my concerns and I did tell him that such charges beers on the line of fraudulent.

    I ordered 6 Desert Essence Lip Rescue Ultra Hydrating with **** Butter, **** oz for $1.12 each for a total of $6.72. Plus shipping of $8.72. My order arrived in just a few days. They look identical to the same product I usually buy at my health food store, but my health food store was out of the **** butter so I ordered these online from myOTCstore.com. They LOOK like the same product. But when you open the tubes, they are NOT the same product; they are so sticky, it's like putting a glue on your lips. And 5 of the 6 tubes don't roll **; ** other words, you get just a little bit of the product. I called their phone number but it says it is "Mailbox (and a long number)"; doesn't even give their name of **********. Wherever ********** had these lip gloss made, they are garbage; unusable. After I left a message on their "Mailbox (long number)" I went online and checked for reviews for this company, which I wish I had done BEFORE placing my order. Do not waste your money.
