    I ordered eight bottles of shampoo, but when I opened the box promptly after it was delivered, there were only five bottles plus enough bubble wrap to fill the remaining space. I immediately sent an email to the customer service address to relay the error. It has been more than 48 hours with no response as yet.

    If you buy their products, but they charge you double on shipping is wrong. The price is $7.56 and get charged $7.56 for shipping that is wrong. Since I don't have much money and senior.

    Is there a NEGATIVE star ranking?? I will never order from this company again!! My product is supposed to be kept refrigerated. My order arrived 4 days after shipping by ground. The ice pack was warm to touch and the product was warm as well, therefore product ineffective. According to them I have to call to get instructions to return and get a refund. Voicemail says *** is full, what a surprise!! Other companies send by Fed Ex with same day arrival as shipping day, packed in multiple ice packs.

    I ordered something from them never got it and the post office is saying it was delivered to my mail box! No one wants to take responsibility and the foreigner on the phone from myotcstore was trying to argue and say it's the post office fault! I told him I will never order from them again I have never had problems from any company like this one. I'm very agitated I payed $27.00 for this product that I don't have!

    Carefully review order contents and watch your bill. In Feb. I ordered 4 cans of hairspray. Order and shipping email confirmations confirm this. However, I received only three. Luckily, the packing slip inside box stated 3 as well.I contacted them via contact form on website and email a total of about 15 times before I had to dispute my credit card.Customer Service acknowledged the discrepancy and stated on 3/2 a refund was issued for 1 can of $5.64. About 3/9, nothing. I write, they assure me refunded. A week later, same. Another week... same. They finally just stopped responding so I was forced to dispute the charge for this amount having their email acknowledgement the bank is the one who returned my money.I am just left with the feeling, this was intentional. Figure if one out of three don't look carefully or follow-up, great profit for them.

    Hello, I ordered from the website and NEVER received my item. I called the number on the website regarding my items and the person answered the phone hello instead of answering with their company name. I asked when will I receive my items and the person stated itll be shipped tomorrow. I called the next day several times, and the phone keeps ringing. Highly disappointed THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!

    I wish I could leave zero stars. I ordered something from this website and seven days later it still says Awaiting fulfillment. I called and asked for a refund. The person stated they would. If I don't get a refund then I will file fraud with my bank against this company then leave another review here.

    we ordered products on July 24, 2023, and have not received the package or any response from the company and I called the number and an ****** guy answered and said the card was declined, and so, I called my bank and told them about the guy and that the card was not declined, and when I told the guy he hung up on me and now I am trying to get a refund.
