This company is awesome. Twice I have had emergency issues and they have come within a few hours at most and fixed the issues and reasonably priced. The service men have been so friendly and very informative with making sure we understood the issue each time. I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them for our service, regular maintenance, etc.

They charged an elderly woman I know who is in her 80's $3000 for a simple hot water heater replacement. I have replaced many hot water heaters and here was simpler than most. Piccirilli Plumbing & Heating should be ashamed of themselves.John Piccirilli Plumbing and Heating

Dear Mr. ******** We understand you concern for your neighbor/friend. As you know the cost of doing business has increased exponentially over the last year or two. Including but not limited to the overhead, supplies and labor. As you are aware these things must be reflected in the prices we charge for services. We may not be the least expensive in town, but we are the best and stand behind all of our work. If you friend has any questions or concerns about the work that we performed she should most definitely give our office a call.
