"I was a out patient I started in May of 2023, in the beginning of November the counselor convinced me to wait until I received probation before I get discharged or the court could have me do the program again so I did, I got probation the following month I started asking to be discharged and every time I would be told next time you come in, well January same thing, February I no longer had insurance, first week in February still no discharge, I was given two more appointments even though they new I no longer had Insurance still no discharge, now they are telling me I have to pay my bill for February and saying I did not finish the program, it does not take eight months to complete a alcohol program, its between thirty to ninety days not eight months"
