"On a recent trip, after finishing my shopping, I walked near the self-checkout area and a young man, screaming "cash" or "card" aggressively herded me into that area and directed me to one of the machines. After attempting to scan several items in accordance with the instructions being broadcast from the machine, the machine appeared to malfunction and was not registering all of the items and then broadcast an alert to wait for assistance." ...
