      I rented a book from Booksrun and they have charged extra pay $70.69 for the damage of the book after rental return. This was not my fault at all, because I did not know what would happen during the transit to Booksrun. The transit employee may throw the book too harsh and it could cause severe damage to the book. Their policy is the book must return with its original state no refund for the extra pay, I was speechless at that time and did not take any pictures at all. At first I received the book in a worn and torn state, I was so careless and naive that I did not take any pictures to claim my clarity that I did not tear the book cover and edges. I recommend not to rent or buy books from Booksrun.com under any conditions. PLEASE!!!!! They are not caring at all, all they do is trying to take their customers money!!!!!!! They first sent a used book but then the book came in torn and worn book. This is unacceptable!!!!!

      This company is a scam! They claimed my book was counterfeit and would not return it. The book was purchased from the bookstore through my college university so I know it was authentic. Do not use this company.

      Sent them books and never received payment. They claimed one of my books wasnt received after sending a photo of all books obtained ! Fraudulent and reaching out to a lawyer this is insane

      Two times I sent in books in great condition to this company for sale. Both times, they said that my books were more damaged than I claimed, and they reduced the agreed-upon price by a substantial amount. I requested my second book back to find that it appeared to be folded in half and the cover was in terrible shape, despite the fact it was in pristine condition when I sent it. I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.

      Sold books to the company, they sent an email saying the book was inauthentic, which I know for a fact it was authentic. So they cheated me out of money and would not return my book. Complete SCAM.

      Ordered a book with two day shipping on August 10. Today is August 19. And mailed Friday and they did not respond. ***** does not know where my package is. 2 day shipping was paid for because I needed the book quickly. This is not okay and I want a refund. I let them know this. Im unhappy with my experience. The package started in *************** and is now in ********* when its supposed to be going towards **** which is only a couple hour drive. Seems very fishy to me.

      Books Run claimed my book was counterfeit, kept the book and did not pay me for the sale of my book. The company sent me an email explaining seriousness of counterfeit books with pictures of other books that they were claiming to be counterfeit. These pictures were not pictures of my book. I attempted to call them a second time without success. They will not return my book and they did not pay me.
