      HORRIBLE company. I very good condition book in and they came back saying they didn't agree with the very good condition and decreased the amount they were going to send to me. I went to their website to decline the new pricing (knew I was just being ripped off); and they had automatically accepted the new payment. My order was shown as "on hold" I immediately went to their chat - which was useless, I sent an email and I called and spoke with a ********* Rep said she saw the issue and would request the book be returned to me. She said I would receive a confirmation email. I never received the confirmation. I sent another email and called again. The second rep said he would have to send it to another department and I would receive an email that day. No email. Much later I'm told they already sold my book and my check (for less than I had agreed on) was already processed. Not acceptable. Scammers. Do not sell books to this company. I believe they are crooks.

The images indicating the condition of the item were supplied for your consideration.In order to determine which category the textbooks we receive fit, we use ****** guidelines. Our processing department carefully inspects each and every book and distinguishes the items in accordance with a wide range of features. Your order was placed "On Hold" for 7 days so that you could either accept the quotes or decline them and have the items shipped back to your address. The notifications regarding the condition of the book received and the opened dispute were sent to your email address. Since you accepted the adjustments prior to contacting us, the order was processed on 07/11/2022. Unfortunately, given the fact that you contacted us after the order processing the action could no longer be reversed.The check for your order was issued on July 12, 2022, and should have been delivered to your destination address by 08/09/2022.As an experienced and established participant at the textbooks market, we are eager to provide good service to our customers, as we strive to sustain our earned reputation among other established buyback companies, and we continue to work hard on keeping our policy as transparent as possible.       Id give it less than one star except that it wouldnt let me do a review then..,, this website is a COMPLETE SCAM!! DO NOT USE IT! Its taking advantage of college students, many whom desperately need their book buyback money to get through a bit longer!!! They quoted me a price, then claimed **** damaged my package AND THAT THE BOOKS WUOYED WERENT IN THE *** WHICH CONTAINED MY SHIPPING LABEL ON IT!!! I want my money or my books back! I paid $499 plus tax AND NEVER WOUND UP USING THE BOOKS BECAUSE I MOVED SUDDENLY, and they didnt even offer me much. $103.91, to be exact!!! I want my books or my money! Help me please!

However, the package under the shipping label with the tracking number ********************** attributed to your buyback order arrived with 7 different books that were initially quoted, which can also be confirmed by the total weight of the package received being ***** lbs. In the case with this order, the label was supposed to cover the weight of only 15 lbs. Your order was placed "On Hold" for 7 days so that you could either accept the quotes or decline them and have the items shipped back to your address. The notifications regarding the condition of the books received and the opened disputes were sent to your email address. Since you accepted the adjustments prior to contacting us, the order was processed on 07/28/2022.We have no doubts that there was no intention to deceive us from your side, therefore, once you contacted us, our representative requested a more detailed explanation from our processing team. Unfortunately, it appeared that the box with the label attributed to your order, contained the items that were not initially quoted. Regrettably, the items received are not accepted for our buyback program. Therefore, the payment for your order could not be processed as we did not receive the item quoted.
