"Had to go back and forth with the design team at least 4-5 times over a simple 8 word sign. I gave the same specs over and over but it still was not sinking in on their end, they have spammy non related phone numbers they promote within their e mails (Selling medical devices), they block you from calling in if you cant get through the phone tree, and they overcharged us by about 150% over the invoice." ...
