      This warranty company is a huge fraud !!! They lure customers to sign up and prepay for a longer warranty duration by offering discount but when it comes to coverage, they don't cover anything. I bought their "Elite Complete Plan with *************** Plus" coverage by paying upfront for 3 yrs in October 2024. They offered me $10K coverage per HVAC system per year. Since, then I have several claims with them regarding HVAC and none of them have been covered by them including claims for evaporator coil and compressors that are basic or core components of any HVAC system. Their fine print says that ll components and parts (like evaporator coil and compressors) needed to perform its full functionality are covered but then right underneath they lay out What is Not Covered Under Policy and in that they lay out all the conditions under which these core components generally fail during normal operations. In essence, it's a bait and switch, they fraud you into signing up for long term maintenance contract, collect hefty premium from you and then they don't cover anything at all.I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. They're big time FRAUDS.

      The worst experience to buy home warranty with Elite home warranty, first of all they will not pick up your phone and keep you in waiting for one hour an average wait time, when I filled the claim (after a long process) the claim was about my a/c unit, their technician came inspected and said it needs to replace some coil and Elite representative called me we dont cover coils, technician told me the parts to fix the unit are not available so you need to replace the unit, check their advertisement they claim if we cant repair it we replace it but when times come they back out. It is very annoying bad experience to deal with such company, I just called them to cancel my policy, be alert before buying home warranty. Thanks for your time.

      If I could give this company a zero rating , I would. I have no confidence that this review will impact resolving my issue, but wanted to warn consumers to read their contracts carefully. I filed a claim for a water heater issue, it was an urgent matter as my garage and portion of my structural walls in my home endured extensive water damage from this hot water tank leak. I stated this was an emergency but was told 24 to 48 hours is the contract response time. With a flooding home, that a turned off water valve didnt fix, I called a local plumbing company after not receiving any response within 24 hrs. I later called Elite and asked if they would consider reimbursement of the water heater and my claim was denied stating I did not receive prior authorization to control the water heater leak issue. I petition that you READ YOUR CONTRACT carefully as I thought filing a claim to notify this company of the issue was enough justification to make a decision about an emergency water leak. Their job is to find a way to deny your claim and collect almost $1200 a year for doing absolutely nothing. I hope no one has to endure this awful experience! ****** ********

      ******* was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about ensuring that my needs were met, taking the time to make sure that he spoke to me after a maintenance request to check if there wasnythig else that needed to be done.

      This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. A complete run around from the time you file a claim until they deny providing any service. I filed an initial claim for an ice maker in December 2024, and the technician ordered a part, and installation was scheduled during a call in February 2025. Feeling confident this was a reputable operation, I filed a claim for my double oven during that same call, as it had been losing power a couple of weeks prior. The technician never showed up and never called. I waited and repeatedly called to reschedule until April, when they finally sent a new technician for both claims. The technician showed up with limited tools and used my end table to place a double oven on top of it to inspect the electrical components. He showed me the fried electrical connection of the board on top and said he would put in a claim for both electrical boards to be replaced. I received a call just a few days later stating the ice maker could not be repaired so that I would receive the maximum payout of $250, and the oven claim would be denied because of an act of God, as the technician indicated that several appliances went down in the area after a hurricane. Hurricane ****** occurred in September 2024, and there was no electrical surge or damage to any other appliance in our home. The oven did not experience issues until the end of January 2025. I asked for clarification regarding the denial and was told repeatedly that someone would follow up with the claim, but they never did. When I would ask whichever department head I was speaking with to share the most recent notes, complete calls were omitted, and individuals I spoke with directly before and were given their company numbers denied talking to me on previous occasions. After ***** days, I may see a check for $250 after we paid $140 for the two technician calls and the introductory premium. The recent BBB reviews speak for themselves - don't choose this home warranty company.

      Elite home warranty has been the most frustrating home warranty I have dealt with during the last 6 years of having a home warranty. Took 3 months to get our furnace repaired in the dead cold winter this last year. We ended up getting the part and called a local company to fix it since they kept sending the wrong parts. I get the run around from them every time I call. I have that gut feeling that this is a fraud company and every time *** dealt with them they prove this to me. I wont recommend other companies but I have had much better service from several other companies.

      I would like to commend Mr. ******* ****** for the professionalism he demonstrated in addressing my recent HVAC issue. He consistently followed up on the matter each day and ensured that all necessary repairs were completed thoroughly. I also want to extend my thanks to **** ****** from BDM Heating and AC for promptly diagnosing and resolving the problem in a single visit. I truly appreciate his efforts in restoring my HVAC system to proper working condition.

      Outstanding **************** from **** G!After a frustrating day of calling five separate times and being hung up on by various ***** I was fortunate to be connected with **** *. Were a contractor for this company and had been trying to get an invoice paid. Despite multiple attempts, we received no response from the original manager who scheduled the work, she was responsive at first, but then completely unreachable.**** was a breath of fresh air. He was upfront, professional, and didnt hesitate to jump in and resolve the issue quickly. Thanks to his quick action, the invoice was paid ASAP. **** exemplifies what customer service should be.

      I had Electric issue at my home and I called Elite Home Warranty and I spoke with *******. He made sure everything in my homework he called me before the service he called me after the service to verify that everything was satisfactory. ******* gave me a sense of assurance with Elite Home Warranty I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to have ******* help me get a technician to my home. I believe ******* is a supervisor Elite Home Warranty if he is not, he should be because I talk to other people before reaching ******* and I was not as satisfied, but ******* redeemed my trust and belief that Elite Home Warranty is the place for me and my home thank you so much, *******.

      This is one of the most sketchy warranty programs available. Their policy is completely contradicting within itself. Will say individual parts that are covered and then in non-covered it will specify the system which means that once a part within that system is broken they don't have to pay so this is completely illegal as per Florida statute New York statute and ***
