Special Touch collaborates with most major Medicaid Managed Care Plans in our service area, including Managed Long Term Care Plans (MLTCs), Medicaid Managed Care Plans (MMCs), Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs), Medicaid Advantage Plus Plans (MAPs), and Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
STHC also accepts various third-party Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurances, Workers' Compensation, No-Fault Insurance, and Private Duty.
For individuals with NHTD, OPWDD, or TBI waivers, STHC partners with the Human Resources Administration (HRA) to offer PCA services, HHA services, and the CDPAP program.
Additionally, Special Touch is an approved provider with the Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) program.
For Medicare enrollees, STHC collaborates with numerous Certified Home Care Agencies (CHHAs) that provide or authorize Home Health Aide (HHA) services. However, they do not authorize either PCA or the CDPAP program.- Business Categories
