"I received a letter today saying welcome to my new energy supplier and I never spoke to anyone about switching, I wouldn't do that I have been in that situation before, not worth the headache, so someone at the company took it upon themselves to say I consented to a switch ,which is not the case, it's saddening to know that this is the way people have to operate to get business, anywho emailed the company today, just got letter and if it doesn't get resolved then I will be taking legal matters upon them"
