  I was very satisfied with the three movers that FlatRate Moving sent for our studio condo move. They were very professional and explained everything about the move. They had the moving blankets that were clean and not shabby which I appreciate for the furniture. They had to take care of glass shelving and it worked out well. FlatRate Moving should be extremely proud of their staff they sent for our move. Time wise was fine, they had issues coming to the location where everything was going but that still wasn't a deal breaker at all. It's not that we didn't have any issues, we did. The emails/texting was an issue when the date on the contract wasn't changed and that was a delay and they almost didn't take care of our move which was very upsetting. But in the end, the staff took care of this issue and the move went as planned. We are very appreciative of everyone making this move happen, from the estimator to the staff keeping in touch. I would recommend FlatRate Moving to anyone. Their rates for the move was good, we went with them.

  My 4th move with Flat Rate. Excellent again. The movers are friendly, efficient, careful. And the name says it all - no sneaky last minute overcharges- the upfront price is it.

  Have used FlatRate twice now over the past 4 years. They are seriously the best in the ** area. This past week they helped move my parents from ******** on Long Island to their new apartment in **********, **. The price was very competitive and they provided excellent service. These guys are impressive. NO extra charges. Recommend!

  I had a fantastic experience with this team. It started with ***** reaching out and walking through our old place, and getting a quote. That happened very fast. Then we went back and forth as I found new things to add or things we didn't want on the quote. (Sorry ***** for all my random emails, and thank you for answering late into the evening!)Then the big day came, and ******* called earlier than expected outside and ready to go! He went over the plan and had a team with him to help move everything. For a 2 bedroom we started at 8 am, were out of the first place by 10:30am, drove a hour, then finished the day around 2pm! The movers were very attentive to where we wanted things and how we wanted the property respected. The rate was very good, and reasonable. Next move I have to do I will be reaching out to FlatRate!
