The movers severely damaged our sofabed by slitting the arm with an exacto knife. Then after we completed a claims process, they decided to award us a paltry amount of money, not near enough to repair the furniture. Then the meager check never came and it has taken months of calls and emails and we are getting nowhere. We were never contacted or paid for the damage. Worst customer experience in my memory. I regret tipping them, as I tipped them as much as this ridiculous claim was worth. I would like my money back for this move.
