"****** ***** ******* lucky and ***** ******* are unhinged ems workers they arrived at my home completely unprepared for job to assist my elderly mother getting her hospital they natavia and ***** told me I had put my mother on longboard they cant do it me untrained Regular citizen so I helped my mother on longboard no help from them supposedly train ems workers okay then we got in living room ***** and ******* say they cant carry long board down stairs my mother only **************************************************** pain yelling screaming from long board we were requesting stretcher did not get stretcher till male crew arrived on scene hour later ***** ******* hood time stood in hallway nice quiet no help we finally get er at that point natavia and ***** forcefully put neck brace on my mother neck was not needed I removed neck ***** ******* aggressively smacked my hand assaulted me I witnessed natavia and ***** also laughing at my mother in pain from neck brace senior care ems supposed give help instead me my elderly mother received brutality that day from ****** ***** and ******* lucky ems workers who are unhinged and violent"
