terrible, did not honor the quoted price, tried to jack me for another $600 for *** ***** to **** then wanted $150 more for storge after they confirmed pricing and booking date at original rates and dates. I lost a $250 hotel booking in *** ***** and had to switch to ****** and rebook everything out of LA. Major lame company just cancelled my booking with no further communications about the situation and if they charge my card I'll be suing them.Review fromAmanda H

Told me I could have pick up and delivery on any days I want but when they finally scheduled a carrier, they changed the dates. Then the carrier ended up not even showing up. 2 days late so far. I'll be updating if I get my vehicle back..Review fromHoward s

Mr. ******* ****** was very unprofessional in dealing with a quote for vehicle shipment. I was told i needed an emergency brake to ship, i sent an email back saying i could install one before shipping my roller 64 Falcon. The email i got back had a $1000 increase in the qoute, I asked why and Mr. ****** explained....which I could understand. The next day I get another quote saying the cost would be raised by another $500. This all seemed very shady and I expressed that in a email to Mr. ****** about the price hikes from the original quote, and the fact that I needed a week to think about it. It's a big expense for someone. I got more excuses for the 2 day $1500 price hike, so I just said I wasn't interested in the company and please don't email me again. Even after I asked to stop being emailed by this employee....I was still sent a blast email, very unprofessional. When I try to call to talk to a supervisor , I was hung up on. I called back and of course got no one in a supervisors position. I left a voice-mail for Mr. ***** ***** and am awaiting a response. I just shipped my car through Roadrunner transport. The truck driver called me and messaged me with a picture of my car with a flat and was very apologetic about it. The front tire was slashed by a sharp tool. v2logistics denied me the claim I filed for the tire. The person ******* who spoke to me from the claims department was totally discourteous and even threatened to take possession of the car if I filed any dispute with the credit card company through which I had paid for the auto transport. You will be doing yourself a great service by staying far far away from companies such as Roadrunner that use v2logistics for their insurance. They are total rip-offs. One star is too many for themV2 Logistics Corp.

My car is over 3 weeks late! And I'm out of money to tejt a car for longer and I'm stuck with a child and no public transportation anywhere near! No family and in a new town. They have let my car sit at a port for over 2 weeks while promising it's getting on a truck. They've been dishonest even about when my car was available for them to pick up from port & the shipping company had it ready a week before this company said it was & even then it took another 10 days to get it on a truck. Then they said I'd get my car by the 29th & I just got off the phone with *********** said no way till at least August 3rd! No one calls back, there's been zero responsibility taken or even offering to reimburse me as I paid over $3000 - they lie that they have online agents and they don't. No one picks up phone either and they don't reply to emails. The worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life.Review fromSteve S

BUYER BEWARE. I just shipped 2 cars cross country with Roadrunner and had a horrible experience. 1) One of my cars arrived over 2 weeks late even though i booked it almost 2 months in advance. (and they left me in the dark for the entire time..i kept calling and they wouldn't answer or call back and the only way i got them to help me was when i threatened to call the police as i was concerned that my car had been stolen)2) I reached out to them on multiple occasions before and during and nobody would return calls or answer my questions. 3) They would not take responsibility for their lack of communication, their poor service, their lack of follow through, and their sales team over promising and under delivering, etc. 4) They deflected, denied and wouldn't even talk to me about the fact that due to their delays, i ended up having to spend around $1500+ extra on a rental car and on the additional fees that they decided to add on at the last minute, as they claimed they couldn't find a transport driver and that along with the price of gas caused them to upcharge me 3 days in advance.I would never use this company again and i would advise any of you to stay clear as they will be incredibly kind when selling you, and then ignore neglect and will not communicate once you have signed and paid them.BE CAREFUL AS I AM FAIRLY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL REGRET WORKIING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING COMPANY,Review fromAllan M

Had a auto transport scheduled for over a month from ********** to **************. On the pick up day they call to say that they have a transportation readybut they want an added $1000.00 plus or the driver wont come. I said they knew where I was located and where it was going , I offered a added $200. For gas but he was rude and didnt care about the previous quote. I have heard that crooked people pull that kind of thing,knowing that you are moving. Never going to use or recommend them to anyone else ever.V2 Logistics Corp.

After several attempts to accommodate your original quote, we located a carrier willing to transport your vehicle however they valued the available space on their trailer higher than originally anticipated. Please be advised that all our carriers are owner operators who set their own pricing and you will always be presented with all available options when you have the opportunity to accept or deny. DO NOT USE ROADRUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT. You have been WARNED!WORST business I have ever dealt with. Contracted with RoadRunner Auto Transport to ship mom's car from ** to ** on June 4, 2022 as I had to fly up to ** from ** to bring Mom down on June 5. RoadRunner Auto Transport just NEVER SHOWED UP on June 4. How does a company operate like that.I called them several times throughout the day and their machine says, unprecedented high call volume, please hold. I hold for 10 minutes then the recording says, we are unable to take your call. Call back during business hours - it's 3pm.They state all over their website as "Reliable". I had to fly back up to ** the following week to sell the car due to RoadRunner's unreliable, incompetent, negligent business practice. Then, on Monday June 6, I get a call from them saying, we see you're scheduled for an auto shipment. Ha! How stupid can this company be?DO NOT USE RoadRunner!V2 Logistics Corp.

Initially, when I was just inquiring about their service, I had no problem getting to a live person. I made the booking two days ago and - soon after - I realized that I need to make a few changes and need clarity on a few other items. Well, I have NOT been able to speak with live person since my booking. All yesterday I called and called and was put on their automated hold system each time - for 20 minutes, another time 30 minutes, another time 45 minutes, another time over an hour. The same thing is happened today. So, I emailed them and a rep did email me back, but - so far - she has only addressed ONE of my questions. There was NO RESPONSE on my other questions. I really wanted to give them a chance, but this is totally ridiculous. I am now trying to cancel. The Booking Confirmation form says you have to call the Cancellation phone number to cancel but - OF COURSE - after it finally picks up it says "We're sorry. All circuits are busy now. Please try your call again later." Isn't that convenient??? My God ... there really should be a "negative star" rating because, honestly, the "1 Star" rating I'm forced to give them is too high.*** Adding the message I sent this company because the the terrible service and lack of communication continues even after I emailed and faxed a cancellation. ***To the ****** *** Transport staff,Please send me confirmation that you have received my cancellation for Booking ######## that I sent on Tuesday, June 14. I tried calling the *********************** phone number: ###-###-#### several times, but the line rings for a very long time and eventually the line just hangs up. Because I've been unsuccessful in getting through, I have emailed and faxed my cancellation in writing.I should absolutely NOT be charged for this service and NOT be charged a cancellation fee because 1. I paid for a transport. The driver never showed up, Road runner never contacted me, and now, when I call them, I'm put on hold until the system hangs up on me. I begged the last person not to transfer me and they didn't even let me finish my sentence. I've literally been robbed. I'm going to report fraud to my CC company and hire someone else.V2 Logistics Corp.
