      I would give it zero if I could. I was given a quote for my vehicle which has a rooftop tent, that is something I mentioned while setting up the pick-up over the phone around 8 am. I did also mention that is has tires wider than the body. They said they would send a carrier on 8/14. At 1:30pm, the carrier called to ask if I could bring my vehicle to their lot even though the service is door to door. I said no because the reason Im shipping it back home is because it can only drive short distances and they said okay and hung up. A guy called at 3 to say he would be there in 10 minutes, but when he got there, he was clearly unfamiliar with how to drive a larger Jeep and put it in 4x4 before taking it off of his truck and saying he is canceling the order because he cant make it fit behind the other vehicle he had. He put the jeep back on the street and left. RoadRunner then failed to provide another carrier, they also failed to call me back and say they would no longer be able to take it on 8/14. I was on hold for 3 hours before they eventually closed without answering. Today 8/15, I was on hold for a while until someone answered and told me that no carrier wanted to take my vehicle and that I could either wait for a new carrier to want to take it or cancel it. I have to fly home at 3pm, something I also told them and the reason they agreed to same day pick-up when I placed the order, so I had to cancel. Waste of time and ************* (the carrier they originally provided) was the worst part. They made it so easy to set up the delivery but failed to uphold any standards after that. Pathetic.

      Roadrunners Auto transport is a scam !! Quote 1335$ than they call me and it when up to 1545$, pick up my car three days later than what we agree, today its been 4 days pass the day they agree on drop off of my car I have given them at least five phone calls no one ever answers back.       Very bad auto transport company Have a better price to transport my two cars from ******** to ******* but have worst results and ended up not using them by switching to a different company.They said originally will pick up within one or two days of scheduled date and they never did. Additionally their communication was very bad and they seldom pick up phone after contract signed. When queried they keep on post phoning and one week is gone by and nothing happened. The dam reason they gave truck broke and getting repaired.We would never recommend this company for interstate auto transport.

      Was quoted a price of $645 with a guaranteed pick up date of 27JUL23, the driver never contacted either myself or the person shipping the car. Called multiple multiple times to the company dispatch and I was either placed on hold for over 20min or hung up on, once I was finally able to get ahold of someone i was told that they would call dispatch and someone would call me back within the hour and here it is 29JUL23 and still no call back or updated information. I will make sure to go out of my way to let people know about this horrible company and experience, the customer service, communication, lack of resolve, and the I don't care attitude is uncanny.

      I had an incredibly negative experience with this auto transport company. They took my money ($1222) and failed to honor my desired pick-up date. What's worse, their customer service was non-existent; my attempts to contact them were completely ignored. As a result, I had to rely on a friend to transport my car because they failed to assign a carrier in a timely manner. Even when they finally assigned one, they were late, and to my astonishment, demanded an extra $60, saying it was requested by the carrier. Reluctantly, I ended up paying a total of $1285, since Ive already wasted valuable time and experienced enough frustration. Their unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and poor customer service are completely unacceptable. I strongly discourage others from using this company's services, as they have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

      Less than one or NEGATIVE STARS. Shared what I needed and that new truck had a 6 lift brand new from dealership. ***** picked up and they email me immediately saying now have to pay extra since it is lifted. I explained that I booked on their quote based off what I told the reservation specialist. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told no one one to speak to and told no. They want extra money after **** picked up and said if I do not pay the extra then vehicle will remain in *** ***** and I would be responsible for storage charge by X company. Then they hung up and said to email my concurrence for the added charge.

As soon as we received this information, we reached out to the carrier to discuss the situation and inform you about the additional charge.       Terrible customer service. Happy to take my booking then radio silence, no return of emails, phone calls etc. Chat doesn't work online, customer service doesn't pick up, isn't that a contradiction in terms, customer service line that doesn't answer???Thankfully I haven't shipped my car yet and will not use this company.Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend using these guys.

      Whatever you do, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! I originally wasn't going to post a review. However, after not receiving a call back or email regarding my complaint, i decided to post. Driver all but hijacked my car for 48 hours. Then told me I could pick it up from police station. On top of that knowing he was wrong. He drop the car off on my street and sent a text at 11:30 stating. Key are in the car, have a good night. WTH! Horrible service! I should have read the reviews!!!!!!

      I booked a car with RoadRunner Auto Transport/ V2 Logistics to be moved on 3/16/23 on 3/23/23 the vehicle has not been picked up. A second carrier was assigned to it and also no showed .Actually it was to be delivered on the 22nd by the second carrier they assigned to it. I have discovered that V2 Logistics broker authority is not authorized. When I asked them to supply me with their authorized MC Number they would not give it to me. I am filing a complaint with the ******

      If I could schedule this car transport again, I would have done more research on this company and realized that the negative reviews far exceed the positive. Their customer service is hit or miss. They made a huge error on their end (moved my pickup based on an email that was entered into their system 14 days late). The first two people I spoke to were understanding and helpful. Then I spoke with ***** who clearly doesnt realize the financial implications of THEIR error. She had a tone that would enrage even the kindest Smurf. I highly recommend you take your money elsewhere or pay a college student to drive your car from point A to point B. You will be happier. Also tracking is false advertisement.
