    Included full name, address, phone number and credit card number to this company, PaddleNet and purchased their online application that assists in resolving computer problems. After all of this their applications downloads but is locked until they send you a 'key' to unlock it (numbers I gather). My AmExp credit card was hit with a charge of $37.76, but no 'key' ever arrived. No phone number that are answered by anyone at PaddleNet as well. This all took place at 7pm (**** hrs) on 11/1/2022. Still unresolved and no way of contacting paddleNet other than by email, which I use multiple times in trying to get this resolved. They keep asking for my personal information again, which they have already.

    Multiple unauthorized charges to my account October 20, 2022 for $33.00, September 20, 2022 for $33.00, September 13, 2022 for $1.95.The only charge was suppose to be a one time charge of $35.34 on September 12, 2022. There is no way to cancel or get a refund from this business.

    • email address linked with the order or the last 4 digits of the credit card that was charged
    • the transaction amount
