    This was an exceptional experience. From the gentleman that called me from American Airlines after I reported my phone lost at the airport on Monday to getting it returned to me on Tuesday so beautifully packaged! Thank you so much and I think the price of $57 to fed ex my phone was super reasonable with the speed and care they took for my carelessness in leaving my phone behind. I must say it was a nice break for 2 days to find other ways to communicate.Again, very impressed with the process and ease and I have so much faith in humanity and appreciate whoever took the time to bring it to lost and found! Overflowing with gratitude!

    This company is a scam. Shipping is marked up tremendously and not guaranteed!!! Ive been waiting on an item that was select at Six Flags on 6/22, found that night. Took 4 days for this company to get me the shipping information. I paid the only option of $53 for two day ***** and Im waiting TWO full weeks later for the tracking to say more than waiting on item. You cannot take a payment of you cannot back up your process!!!! I want a refund!!!! I have message yeh company and not gotten any options for getting my money back. Of six flags is not upholding their end, then chargerback needs to refund the money taken from customers. Its just bad business.

Chargerback is a lost and found software used in the hospitality, travel, and entertainment industries. While our software takes lost item reports, sends notifications, and accepts payment for the shipment of found items, our staff is not on site, we do not ever physically handle the items, or have a say in their status. Those duties belong to our partners such as, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor *********.We do apologize for the inconvenience, the item should have been sent out within 1 business day of payment. We will reach out to our partner, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor *********, for an update on the shipment. In the meantime, we will issue you a refund for the entire payment you made.     I left a phone at an airport gate and had no option for reporting it other than Chargerback online forms. My phone had tracking on it, I knew exactly where it was, but this site never notified the airport of my missing item report. I get constant emails that my item was not found, even though it had been turned in to a Lost and Found desk at the terminal. I was able to have my phone sent back to me after 10 days and apparently Chargerback doesnt bother to actually forward our reports to the venues. I find it reprehensible that the airlines pay for this bogus service. I was fortunate that there were kind, honest people involved and I was able to have my phone returned intact, while still getting notified by Chargerback that theirsearch teams cannot locate my lost item.

Chargerback is a software used by entities in the travel, hospitality, and entertainment industries. In this case, our partner American Airlines. While the Chargerback software, takes lost item reports, sends notifications, and accepts payment for the shipment of found items, our staff is not on site, we do not ever physically handle the items, or have a say in their status. Those duties belong to our partners. Based on the information provided by ****************, it seems as though her phone was never in the possession of our partner, American Airlines, but rather the airport itself, which does not use our software. If our partner American Airlines, had her phone, she would have received notifications from AA through the Chargerback software on how to have her phone returned.We do invite **************** to reach out to our support team at ********************************** and we would be happy to investigate the matter.

    Purse returned but cash missing. ****** Airlines. Lost my purse with multiple cards and valuables. It was left at the Gate under a chair and found by ****** Airlines. I filed claims with ******, the **** and the airport. ****** found the item. Within 1 week I have my purse back for $32 shipping fees. However all the cash $70 is gone. Creepy that some ****** Airlines employee stole what they could. No real complaints on Chargerback but they never physically handle the item, they are just a computer matching service.

    We are happy to here ******************** item was found and returned by our partner, ****** Airlines, with the assistance of our lost and found software, Chargerback. As ****************** accurately mentions, we have no physical involvement in the process and are not specifically able to answer why the cash was not returned. However it is not advisable to ship cash and the majority of our partner base will actually mail a check later if cash was found with the item in question. We would encourage ****************** to contact ****** Airlines directly in regards to this matter.

    I lost my wallet and they emailed me Tuesday Dec 13 that they would ship to **** paid over $180 to ship it to Ireland and I have recieved no further tracking or shipping information I'm stranded in Ireland for a week with no money.This has been terrifying and disturbing I keep emailing them and begging for help and nothing My number with them is ******** and that's all I have Im desperately needing help

    Hello, we are very sorry to hear of Mr. ********* complaint. However, we have been communicating with him via email and social media channels. While we are sympathetic to his situation, as we have explained multiple times, from our end there is very little we can do to assist. Chargerback is a software service, used in the travel, hospitality, and entertainment industries to help manage lost and found processes. While our system allows customers to submit lost item reports, sends update notifications, and accepts payment for the shipment of found items, our staff is not on-site, we do not ever physically handle the items, nor do we have a say in their status. Those duties belong to our partners such as Air ******. We have reached out to our partner, Air ******, regarding this matter. As of writing this email they have been able to obtain the label and plan to ship the item out as soon as possible. Due to the inconvenience of the situation, a full shipping refund has been processed as well

    I left my phone in the *** ************ the agent there got ahold of me and let me know they had found it and would be taking it to the lost and found with my "name, address and phone# on it,) since I would not be back there for a few months. She told me that I need to utilize "Chargeback" and that she would hand deliver it to the lost and found. Chargeback has yet to notify me that they've been able to secure it. I've sent updates to them but no responses.

    please help us was on a cruise out of ********* ** returning July **** once home realized i had forgot my phone. called it and conceirge answered stating to call ************ we did paid them almost ***** they accepted payment.FINALLY received ***** tracking # with arrival to be August 17...NOTHING yet.can you please help me. it is my phone that i use for work every day.*********************
