    BeWellNM *****. The cheapest health insurance for me was $830.73 a month. ONLY health insurance, not dental, not vision. Everyone is trying to lower drug prices. How about lowering insurance premiums too.

    I received an invalid 1095A for 2023 and have tried endlessly to get resolution through BeWellnm. Not only did they record only partial communications with them, but seemed to be ignoring the fact that no premiums were paid for the year 2023, nor any medical claims submitted or paid, nor the fact that I contacted them providing notification that I had insurance through my employer. This Invalid 1095A is adversely affecting the submission of 2023 tax returns. I was told it was too old for resolution when in fact it can't be, as we had until October 15th 2024 to submit tax returns. We were unaware until the filing of the taxes on October 15th 2024 that there was even a 1095A or an Issue with one. BeWell appears to be pointing me in different directions when in fact they can simply validate this by seeing that no premiums were ever paid in 2023, no medical claims ever submitted for 2023, and that I have proof of employer insurance for the whole year of 2023. I am being held hostage in a situation that is clearly the administrative errors of BeWellnm. USER BEWARE!!!!

    BewellNM is a heartless organization with management that doesnt do its job. I have spent MONTHS trying to have a simple issue resolved with hardly any communication from BewellNM. They sent a refund check for the months of insurance I paid for to the incorrect person. It took a month to get someone to give me information as to what to do with it. Now that I have sent the check back to them, they will not issue another check for another 3 weeks to a month. There is absolutely no reason why my money should be held hostage for such a long period of time. Each and every time I call them they tell me they give my number to the supervisor and I receive no call back or communication from such supervisor. I am so tired of this organization holding my money hostage and not communicating with me. I am starting to wonder if legal action is needed to get my money back.
