"I received an invalid 1095A for 2023 and have tried endlessly to get resolution through BeWellnm. Not only did they record only partial communications with them, but seemed to be ignoring the fact that no premiums were paid for the year 2023, nor any medical claims submitted or paid, nor the fact that I contacted them providing notification that I had insurance through my employer." ...
