      This company has chosen not to honor self pay pricing. After I was informed, my insurance did not cover them. I have contacted them every month since November 2024 and it is now May. Nobody gets back to me to resolve the issue. Their customer ********************** is reprehensible, and their billing practices are abhorrent...

      I visited Quest for blood work. I was informed that I had a copay of $25.00. They won't send bills via mail. I was forced to use a credit card. I requested a receipt for the $25.00 and i was informed that they emailed me the receipt. Upon checking my email they sent, my credit card was charged $38.00 they are scamming and stealing money Quest labs and anyone associated with them should be shut down. This just proves they are crooks. Stealing money.If i was able to give a negative rating it would be a -10

      I witnessed the lab tech at *************************************************************************************** 2 customers today 5/16/25. Both were Spanish speaking and 1 elderly and both had difficulty with the kiosk, there was a language barrier for both. It was a female staff(the only one there) who was visibly disgruntled and handled some customers with callousness, berated, yelled, swore, stormed off etc. I haven't seen this display of unprofessionalism in a while; I have never had any issues at Quest before. At one instance, the customers looked at each other in disbelief. One of the lady's left and the other sat embarrassed and timid. I hope management addresses this, basic courtesy and professionalism in healthcare is vital in already stressful situations.

      Never use this company. They tried to take me to collections over a $36 bill and never even sent me an email, text, phone call, or letter in the mail. I paid the bill as soon as I found out they were trying to take me to collections, but were still planning on taking legal action

      I was sent to this place to get a drug test. They were rude. I took the Passport with me where it said the appointment had been made, but they told me that the Passport was not an appointment and that I had to get an appointment. Why they did not tell that to the person who called???? Rude people and not helpful at all!! I will never go back.

      SHADY COMPANY: THEY WANT YOU TO PAY OUT OF POCKET EVEN WHEN YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY IS WILLING TO PAY FOR BLOODWORK: THEY DON'T WANT TO SUMBIT CLAIM TO INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY WANT YOU TO PAY OUT OF POCKET; SOUNDS LIKE "KICKBACKS" TO ME... DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY: TELL YOUR DOCTOR TO SEND YOUR RESULTS TO ANOTHER COMANY:

      Ever since ******* sold their lab to quest, I've had nothing but problems. Quest does not care about their customers and doesn't pride themselves in the results. I have had multiple stat blood draws lost. I reach out to customer ********************** only to be hung up on multiple times. They also don't care about their customer at all because they prioritize being cheap over taking care of the customer. I am on blood thinners, and they refuse to use a butterfly needle because it's more expensive and they also will not use wrap instead of tape because it's more expensive even though I need the pressure to stop the bleeding due to the blood thinners. This has been confirmed by the phlebotomist. Now. The phlebotomist have been wonderful and very good at their jobs so this is nothing against them. I'm very frustrated that uh chose to sell their Labs to such a terrible company.

      In general your website and customer ********************** number are difficult to actually get any useful information from. It's hours are not conducive to when the actual labs are open. If you call the location number you can not talk to a person. Labs that are ordered and needed and reoccurring every week are not popping out results in a timely manner, which is a disservice. It is a disappointment and downgrade to Healthcare. And you should consider making some changes

      The people who work there in the labs are very nice but the company makes it impossible to talk to a person for technical support for the terrible app. They don't send a security code so I can't log in but there is NO WAY to contact technical support. There are no live people who work there to help with the app. They have gone overboard with their reliance on Chat that is useless. Most frustrating app I have ever seen and I've seen some pretty bad ones. They are now at the top of the list for companies that don't give a darn about their customers.

      The phlebotomist was very professional. She was very personable and cheerful all through the procedure. She also took time to help a colleague who had a difficult patient (child) to deal with. She took permission to go and assist. I was pleased that she cared that much. Her presence there resolved the issue and her colleague was able to proceed while she came back to attend to me. That is very kind of her.
