    Buyer beware. Ordered a box as a Christmas gift and it was supposed to be here before Christmas. I reached out numerous times via email and ******** messenger asking for a tracking status with zero reply at all. They charged my card without sending me the product. **************** is non existent. ****** learned, I will check with BBB before purchasing from companies moving forward

    Just to counter all of the bad reviews, I've had no problems. I had a year subscription box and all items were fine. I once ordered extras from the yum box, and it wasn't shipped properly (a heavy item was packed with bags of chips). The chips bags opened and some of the other items were opened and ruined. I emailed with my issue and they sent replacements with no problems.

    I have been a faithful subscriber to Universal Yums since 2018, and thoroughly enjoyed the boxes... until everything came crashing down. My payment method expired, so I needed to update it. But the website gave me an error when I tried to attach the new payment method to my subscription. I filled out the support form. No response. I sent an email to the support email. No response. I called the support phone. No response. Then they cancelled my subscription. I finally managed to contact them on ********* where they're telling me they didn't receive anything, their website is perfect, and they won't do anything to help. I can't remember the last time I had such terrible customer support, but none of this is the least bit acceptable.

    Was given a broken box with only a single item in it when I paid for 5-7 items. It wasn't even an item of high quality or anything, either; it was a single bag of plantain chips I could find at the supermarket, a far cry from the "international snacks" I was offered.

    I purchase a years subscription to their service.It started in July 2021. They took out first total payment end of June 2021.Had May 2022 box delivered opened.Threw out all contents.They sent second box also opened with 3 things missing and products looked tampered with.Threw them out.After multiple letters sent to address available and emails all I get is same response."AM I Satisfied?" NO.They refunded my May box money but not my June box.I'm on disability and just want back what it due me.This company does not care for their clients.I would never recommend anyone to order from here.
