    Hmmm, I'm seeing all these 1 star reviews and sorry for the experience you may have had, but I've been with UY SINCE 2023 and had never had an issue only thing was i had two subscriptions by my own fault and they handled it for me noooo problem. I would recommend infact i always do my family lives trying to guess what country we'll get.

    Heres the problem with universal Yumms. For a series of months I received emails indicating they could not ship the subscription box due to weather orsome other issue. It was not until I reviewed my credit card statement, preparing my taxes that I realize that even though they did not ship a they still charged a box and when I Brought this to their attention, ******* said he would ship me the boxes from nine months ago that did not arrive. Whats rewarding is whodoesnt want nine month old or older candy or chips or beverages? They seem surprised that I was not eager for my May June and Julyorders to come in March. Then they said they would give me a credit for the boxes that did not arrive and they gave me a credit for one sothis is a scam from start to finish. They collect the money. They dont ship a product and you complain about it and they find an box. Thats been there for nine months or older and Ill be happy to send it to you

    You guys had a deal until 12/19 where you offered free expedited shipping to get the order before ****. I ordered on 12/18. My order of over $300 didn't get here until 2 days after Xmas. That's fraudulent advertising and I'll never order from this company again. Ruined my Xmas showing up empty handed. Now I'm stuck with Xmas gifts because I either have to pay to ship them to my family members or wait until next year when I see them again.

    My box wasnt delivered due to damage and the company never notified me. Found out on my own. They charged me for the replacement box. Didnt answer my emails about canceling the membership. Super shady! Their business should be looked at closely.

    I was missing an item from the very first box and they refused to replace it . I am shocked at how they run their business and cancelled my subscription . I think they are more interested in taking peoples money . They have unethical business practices and i cannot recommend them to anyone . They are not honest . AVOID AT ALL COST!

    I wanted to try this out but after reading the reviews, maybe not!I might as well go to World ************** ****** and create my own international Yum box. Much cheaper!

    I told my husband I wanted a subscription for my birthday in 2019 and we loved it so much we had it until December 2022. The only reason we stopped was because my husband had to start working out of town for long periods and the boys won't do them without him. We love them. It's an easy way to engage my kids in a geography ******* have them try new and different things, and to have them unplug and spend an hour without distraction. I never had a missing order, never had a delivery issue, and even if we didn't like the taste of something we still had a blast seeing everyone's reactions. I fully intend to renew my subscription in the summer when my husband's job will no longer require travel.

    I ordered boxes for Christmas gift. Did not receive products. I have tried calling, email, sent messages. They do not respond. They take your money, without sending products. Never use this company.

    BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a 3 months subscription as a Christmas Gift 2022. First box said it shipped 12/12/22. I have tried to call the number on this site, and left voicemails without a return call. My multiple emails have gone unanswered as has my ******** message reach out. The first package still has not arrived to the recipient. Per the other positive reviews, that is wonderful it worked out for you. I would totally accept a shipping error, but this company is not getting back to the other negative reviews/non receipt of orders and that is unacceptable as a business. I don't even want to give this company 1 star, they don't deserve that. ZERO STARS is my review officially.
