ADP wisely card is the worst thing I've ever done in my life. I was paying a credit card with my wisely card and the girl kept saying the payments were being declined. This was the girl at the credit card company. So she ended up trying like five times to put it through said they were being declined only they weren't they went through okay. There was only supposed to be one payment they were all for the same amount it was ridiculous that they let them go through in the first place. I called wisely the minute it happened I got people in a foreign country who do not speak English very well. It was a complicated thing to explain to someone who understands English but almost impossible to get people who don't understanding was to get what I needed to know . So I filled out I filled out their paperwork but it really wasn't for the right thing because they weren't fraudulent charges they were just accidental repeated charges. So to add insult to injury then they locked my card so that I couldn't even use the little amount of money that was left on it hear it they didn't tell me I needed to get a new card I had to figure that out on my own and of course days went by. So now I have no paycheck and I have bills to pay. Now I have had at a regular Bank multiple charges go through in the past and I just went to the bank and they fixed it. It's kind of obvious if it's from the same company for the same amount multiple times that you probably shouldn't let it go through. They are the worst company I've ever dealt with I've gotten hung up on by their customer ********************** people here. I just called for an update I was talking to an idiot. First he tells me it'll be 45 to 70 days before I get the money back then he says well maybe I would get it back by the 15th because the charges were still in pending how can something be in pending from the 8th of July to the 15th of July. I'm scared to get my next paycheck put on there I mean I'm not sure the account is even active anymore so .ADP, Inc.

When I first began using Wisely, I was very excited. The fact that I could get funds fast and no fee ATM's was enough for me to over look a few of the down falls that come with the card. That is until some low life used my card and literally took my whole paycheck. I got paid Thursday morning July 7, 2022 and by the afternoon all my funds were gone. I just so happened to look at my account before I ran to pull my funds out and pay bills and that's when I saw all the transactions. I immediately called Wisely and explained the situation, the first CSR I couldn't understand and then the second was like ok we are mailing you the forms. MAIL like snail mail... who has that kind of time, then they said it could take 90 days for me to get my money back. I have never seen such a horrible system in my life. Same on me for trusting these people. I mean they have now left me with nothing for two weeks. not a *****. Needless to say, I will no longer be using them for my banking. I will also make sure that everyone knows what horrible customer ********************** they have. I am the victim here, someone scammed me and am being treated like I did something. It's a real shame customers don't come first.ADP, Inc.

My payroll page at work displays ad banners for Wisely. My company pays for this product and yet they put ads in it. Pathetic.ADP, Inc.

If you are still seeing the ad, please contact your company HR/Payroll person to check access to features. I am in ************** and own a small business. In the last quarter of 2021 my business was incorrectly coded as exempt, and our unemployment taxes were rejected by the state DEW office. I called the state office, they said the problem was with ADP-- but, despite nearly a dozen calls to ADP, I have no clear answer or resolution. We are now paying the penalty rate (our quarterly taxes jumped from about $60/quarter to $3,600/quarter). Every time I call, I get the runaround and am told we will receive a call back. I'd like to hear others who have run into this exempt coding problem. Anyone outside of **************?ADP, Inc.

A company I do some work for here and there uses wisely to pay us. It was nice at first bc the pay is available instantly but of course transferring it comes with fees. Last week my card was somehow used in ************* whilst I was with my family ************************************************************************************************************************************************************* Unlike a real bank card wisely uses regular post mail for fraud complaints. Given most security cameras are on a hard drive that erases and rerecords every 3-7 days the bank this money was withdrawn from (yes they had a cloned card and my pin somehow) said ********************** would need to submit a report asap for them to hold the footage for review. Well here we are 7 days later and the paperwork to file a fraud complaint has yet to arrive in the mail. When it does the crime will be unresolvable and evidence lost. Which means my money is gone. I brought this up to others on my job and they too have experienced this with no resolution. It is all by design, they obviously do not want to pay me back money that was stolen but they make no attempt to even pretend they want a resolution. I was shocked when googling this to see so many people suffer the same issue and this company is run by one of the largest payroll companies in the US. It is impossible to escape the thought that this situation is something they are familiar with and have made a system that benefits them, not their customers. With money always being tight and a baby due in 3 months $300 is a lot of money. If you can avoid this company at all costs. My company is moving to a new vendor and that brings me a little comfort but doesn't return what I worked for into my account. Last thing to mention when I asked if I should file a police report they told me they would handle all of that. They have done nothing. This company is preying on people who cannot get regular bank accounts. Shame on you ADP.ADP, Inc.

NIGHTMARE!! If you are a small business owner, this company will add more stress and headaches to running your business. There was rarely any accountability for the amount of times they grossly mishandled our account. Upon speaking to other business owners and professionals in our community, they too had terrible experiences with ADP. Not sure how this company is still in business or hasn't been investigated for their oversold (the pitch) and underperformed (the reality) services. To note, our family company has been in business for 50 years, with 3 generations involved; therefore, we know what questions to ask and what clarifications are needed to understand processes. In 3 years, ADP Totalsource showed a consistent record of miscommunication by their department representatives, lack of care or responsibility for managing HR/benefits for our company, and overall incompetence. One particular lack of communication and mishandling of benefits led to a life-threatening medical situation for a previous employee on COBRA, completely unacceptable.ADP, Inc.

On May 14th over 500 was stolen from my debit card. I was literally underground as I work as an underground miner. I contacted wisely and was informed it would be 45 days. Heres my issue in there own terms and conditions it states a provisional credit will be provided. So why do the operators say they dont offer one? Its now been over a month and I havent heard a thing. Each time I call I get told the same b.sADP, Inc.
