      This company is a great company to have a extended warranty with. They did what they promised when I had a few repairs to my vehicle. No problems or hassle with them. I highly recommend them.

      unprofessional unorthodox minus five stars, you call they send you in loops to the same department that can't help you. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

      I understand the way you feel, we do apologize on the way you perceive your experience. Here at Nationwide Auto Protect we are a directed marketer for a few administrators, all of which are reputable and have the highest success rate of claims paid. When you enrolled, you were given a 30 day ***** ****** to review the coverage. The reason ***** ****** is to familiarize yourself with the policy, and understand all of its benefits as well exclusions. We as the seller are not the deciding factor when it comes to claims being approved. Are records indicate after your phone calls with the administrator ( **************** you were very upset with the outcome of a denied claim, on a non covered component. Our ************* Team here at ********************** Auto Protect, we try to educated the consumer on the reasoning for why your claim was denied. You policy was cancelled and you are receiving a pro rated refund check in the mail, based off the time and mileage that was not used on the contract. Thank you ************* Team

      Excellent customer service, every time I've called they were there to answer. Even after hours! When I went for my oil change they paid the bill right over the phone. I am very satisfied with dealing with this company. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a protection plan.
