The company originally gave me a hard time about refunding my money during a 30 day free look. Thankfully, an employee in customer service named **** reviewed everything, went the extra mile for me and got approval from his supervisor ******** to refund the deposit and an extra monthly premium that was taken after the 30 day cancellation. Employees like **** are hard to find in a world where big companies just dont seem to care much. He turned a complete negative into a complete positive. Please ask for ****.Nationwide AutoProtect

The customer service I experienced was professional and very helpful. When I enrolled in the service the *** was very helpful explaining the program and I appreciated the period to review the policy. I've used the service twice on larger ***airs and had no problem with my ***air shop getting paid or scheduling the appointment. I appreciated the oil changes and had no problem getting reimbursed.
