    There was a lot of assembly and unpacking to do. We could not have managed the move without the help of this team of Movers. I would use their good quality services again.

    Find another moving company that will respect your belongings and not find every way to drive up the cost of your move. On the day of the move I was given a third estimate, this time by All Points, which was much higher than the estimate I received from the broker prior. Additional charges were added (elevator fee (?), long carry (the truck was parked outside the front door of our building), additional packing labor fees, additional fuel surcharge fees). I had to get my belongings out of my apartment so I was at the mercy of the movers. This was frustrating enough, but would have been worth the additional cost if my items arrived undamaged. Almost every item that the carrier packed themselves arrived damaged - most of these items were brand new when we moved into our apartment in late 2021. Our tv was smashed (the movers unpacked it, laid it against a wall, and didn't even inform us it was broken), furniture scratched and damaged, frames cracked and scratched, mirrors scratched, wardrobe boxes handled carelessly, our mattress was dragged across the ground causing the cover to rip and become soiled. They even reassembled our bed incorrectly. I appreciate that long moves are difficult, but wish this company would have taken better care of our belongings, particularly after we spent nearly $8500. My biggest frustration with this company is that they did not take time to explain the coverage options. I was given a stack of dozens of papers and was rushed through the process since the movers took all day to pack our furniture/load the truck. After they damaged most of my belongings I found out that they were only liable for $0.60 Cents per Pound per item - to put this is perspective, they paid me $21 for the 55" tv they destroyed. They initially offered to compensate me $283.28 which does nothing to cover the cost of the thousands of dollars of items they destroyed. They later offered an additional $150 as a "gesture of good faith". FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY.

    I tried to speak with *** he said was the owner. He sounded Hispanic, I tried to explain that I paid for and item to be moved which was left behind. They were told what to take the took the mattresses off the daybed but left the bed and trundle behind. I asked the guy to delivered for discount for being late and not bring the item in question. He said I would have to call the office about that. So called the office I tried to speak with him about what was left behind and how late they were. When I asked for a refund for the missed item. He said OH, your are one of those people who wants something for nothing. I have worked every day since I was 17. I have never asked for something for nothing. I just want a fair and honest price was quoted **** paid ****. Please please find another company that will treat you right. Do not use this company unless you want to overcharged and sit around two or more hour after the were supposed to deliver at 6pm they came at 8pm. I do not want give them 1 star, it should be **** stars. Kimber Y
