  The other reviews here cannot be real. Please view yelp. When I called Tom from all points yesterday for the second time To inquire about my missing items, He said “lady you must have nothing else to do since you keep calling me. “ My stuff was taken by AMERISAFE on August 24 from my home to New Jersey. It was them moved from there by ALL POINTS MOVING AND STORAGE and did not arrive in my new home, Alabama , until Sept 8. Many things are missing. I’m hoping to publish this all over in hopes that I get at least some of my things back. This has caused a serious financial struggle for me and many items are of sentimental value. Please let me know if you happen to have had some of my belongings delivered to your house. Some of the things I am missing: 1. Silverware that was my grandmother’s. ??It is in a box with some other kitchen items that I use regularly. ( cooking, utensils, measuring cups, cutting boards,) 2. Two lampshades. I received both lamps with no shades. 3. One large clear plastic bin with a set of tools, music memorabilia, ( an album, DIRT, signed by the band, Alice In Chains, a drumstick, guitar pics, and pictures of the band) and other pictures of family and friends from the past of sentimental value. (some of them are pictures of me in my classroom with the children I taught years ago.) 4. Two buckets. Not a big deal, but still mine. 5. A box with two ceramic pumpkins. My boxes have stickers from Amazon that may say fragile or say the room that they belong in. My stuff may be in Tallahassee. Tom is trying to convince me that I am imagining all of this. It’s really sickening.

  While Chris, our point of contact within the Sales department was very kind and receptive, the lack of coordination or communication between departments at this business is objectively concerning. After learning on move-in day that our truck has been sitting in storage for 2 days and that they will not be delivering on the agreed upon move in date, my husband and I are now sleeping on the wood floor of our home after a day of driving 500 miles. Had it been communicated that there would be a remote possibility that our things wouldn't arrive on our move-in date, we would have taken measures to pack up our essentials - and a blow up mattress in our car. It became clear that the departments in this business are segregated and therefore they do not talk with each other ensure the facilitation of a smooth transaction. We were told not only that they have up to 21 days to make this shipment, but that since we didn't get a phone call 24 hours prior, that we should have "assumed" it would not be arriving on our move in date. So now, my husband and my first night in our new home and new state will forever be remembered like this - left on the floor and in the dark by a company you've entrusted all your worldly possessions with. All Points Moving needs to employ a better business model that includes full transparency and interdepartmental cooperation - and more touch points with their customers.

  Coordinator was really kind and helpful. The van was well equipped with blankets etc. And all of this for a really good price!! The best I could find online.
