Don't even think about wasting your money on Pella or ******** when Factory Direct will provide you with far better value and a far superior product. The windows are manufactured in ****** so they have to meet the much more stringent ******** standards for efficiency. Unlike every other brand of replacement windows, these include interior trim that eliminates the need for wood moldings and *****, so less to paint and you end up with a more stylish interior - especially if you have a newer home where the windows were not installed with interior frames. The other added benefit of the design is that it allows for each window to be surrounded by polyurethane foam insulation between the structural frames and windows versus just caulking. Actual employees of Factory Direct do the installation work - it's not subcontracted (Pella and ******** will swear they do their own installation but in most cases, that's not really true). The accuracy of initial measurements, workmanship and clean condition our home after completion of the work were fantastic! Finally, unlike most contractors these days, the team arrived on schedule every day and got the job done in the time frame we agreed on. We are extremely happy and thankful that we asked Factory Direct to bid on our 31 window replacement project and we would highly recommend them.

The quality of work was amazing. It was done on the date he promised. Left the house clean and his installers were extremely professional and seemed to know their trade very well.
