  Horrible. Installers are great. Company ***** they lie about everything. Their windows arent made in house as they said they are made in ************. You will pay them they cash your check immediately. You wait 14 weeks for windows to be put in. You ask them what the hold up is when your windows finally get delivered. They tell you its the city with the permit. I call the city they say none was applied for. They had 14 Weeks to get it while they had half the money for windows. Your window sill gets broken nobody says anything. You have to call them they remove your sill then tell you the granite store is closed and they can do it until Monday. I took off on a Saturday to have them be done. After I signed and gave them half the money I found out next door neighbor same exact windows got theirs for 6000 less. The windows have a one inch gap on one side but was told they are correct. So short story is they really take 9 months for windows they will give you a few bucks off. But only cause it took nine months. They try and be cheap saving them money by ordering frames only or glass only for broken or windows they ordered wrong but it wont work. You will have to take off Third Day off work to have them replaced a third time. They want to get rich on one job they charge over 1000 per window say they take ********************************************** it only takes 3-4 weeks. Ill include pics of the gap broken still and the wall they messed up and said nothing about and this was Rocky who installed that hes the owner. Remind me of used car salesman. I wish I knew how to include pics to show everything I have them.

  Just had basement windows installed. They look and work great! Installers were very professional. Also, their pricing was the best by far out of several estimates. Very happy and would definitely use them again.

  I had a few of my windows replaced. Everyone I dealt with at Factory Direct from the owner to installers were very professional and helpful. My windows were delivered and installed in the time frame promised and look great. I will definitely use them again in the future when I do the rest of my replacements.

  Had my front doors replaced. Great installation and crew. I ordered the wrong door handles prior to installation, the crew went to ********** and purchased the correct type. They installed with no additional charges. Would recommend to anyone looking for replacement doors.

  We called "Factory Direct" for 2 sets of French Doors that 'were not standard sized for our early 50s Bungalow. 2 very honest Business men, with the perfect style Doors for our home. They turned out beautiful, at a much lower price then our prior 2 companies estimates. We are very happy with the look, and the warmth and insulation they provide in our home.
