Do not be fooled by the non-stop mailer ads or commercials. They looks sleek and professional. The company is far from it. They've built these gutters that provide (semi-protection) from getting leafs in it, with the selling point of not going up on the roof to "clean out the gutters."The whole business is built on aggressive sales that preys on new homeowners just trying to protect their home, and older folks not wanting to go on their roofs but also want to maintain their home.Their main corporate holdings is the one I am commenting on, but there are "sub-contracting offices" like Leafguard of ****** that carry out their product and mission of making money. They are overcharging for gutters that have little evidence of being "better."When we bought LeafGuard gutters in 2019, it was a whole charade. The sales guy literally refused to leave out house, and used sales techniques to drag out the process until us caving in.We caved in even though it was $6,000, because we wanted him to leave our house and we just wanted the process to be done. Five years later, an ice storm damages the gutters, and we were forced to deal with their office again. A sales guy came out and claimed their office would "settle with insurance." We believed them at their verbal word, and then we were scheduled for Saturday. *************************, demanded payment and the sales guy (can't remember his name) never had the general manager "work with insurance." I had to tell **** that we weren't paying him until he provided the necessary documents to insurance, which were reasonable asks to break down the costs. He called me 5-7 times per day asking for payment while simultaneously said he was "working for insurance."Leafguard subcontractors are intimidating crooks, liars, and swindlers. *************************, of LeafGuard of ******, told my insurance adjuster, "if you don't approve this you will lost two customers." LeafGuard pockets the money by overcharging its customers and intimidating them.

      1. *************************** from area manager *****************. He has trained his salespeople to minimize the EXTREMELY DANGEROUS product design flaw.2. Area manager blames us for the water that flows right over the product and onto my 80 year old mother's porch where it has made a three inch thick FALL RISK.3. ***************** hung up on me. Call him back for me, Let him know that these products did not meet our satisfaction, and that he's a lying scumbag. (303)4eight2-1647 WE WANT OUR OLD GUTTERS BACK and I'd like to kick ********************* head in.

Absolutely the worst home 'improvement' we've ever had done.1. After the gutters were installed we found icicles hanging from every gutter on the house. My concern was if they can't even handle melting snow how are they going to flow properly when it rains. We were told they will work fine when it rains.2. The melting snow was running straight off the roof over the top of the gutters and right to the ground instead of going into the gutters to the downspouts. This was leaving puddles right outside my doors that would freeze into slick ice overnight. Gutters not over doors are running straight to the foundation. They did send someone to look at them. They only looked at the one above the front door and told me they are installed properly and the water is coming from under my shingles. We called a roofer and have been told they messed uo my roof when installing the top portion of the gutter under my shingles. We were forced to sign a waiver when the salesman was here so they are not responsible for the damage to my roof.3. They put the shingles on the north side of my driveway and had to carry the gutters over my car to install on my house. I was in bed ill and said I could have my husband come move my car and they said it would be fine. I now have a scratch on the top of my hood of my 3 month old new car all they way down to the metal. They said they have 360 degree cameras on their trucks and do not see anything hitting my car. How can they see the hood of my car when their truck was parked behind my car? These gutters were already super expensive and now they are costing thousand more on top of that.Do not get Leafguard!!

Our LeafGuard gutters are 30 years old, and overall have worked well. About 10 years ago gutters on the south (windward) side clogged with fir needles, and after contacting the 'local' (65 miles away) company, they came and flushed all of them. However, about 6 years ago, one of the end caps started leaking - which is not covered by the warranty. Now several are leaking - three onto decks - the others leak onto the ground, so no big problem with them..

Absolutely the most disappointing misrepresentation of a Leaf Guard gutter sale that my elderly widowed neighbor has endured after not only being coerced into getting the Leaf Guard Gutters installed on her historic house when she doesn't even have trees, but also the unprofessional installation that has resulted in additional issues such as flooding in back and on front porch where gutter is routed on the roof. Although she has diligently attempted to get Leaf Guard to fix the issues due to the incorrect installation, the manager fails to acknowledge any responsibilities or resolution where he simply refuses to discuss. She is forced to hire another contractor to replace the gutters after paying out over $16K for unnecessary Leaf Guard gutters that was installed incorrectly. Companies should have clear guidelines to prevent a false representation in taking advantage of elders as well stand behind product and services to resolve issues that *** arise. Unfortunately, my neighbor has been a victim while incurring excessive costs in dealing with Leaf Guard's misrepresentation and lack of concern for negligent work performed while having to hire an outside contractor for gutter replacement and repairs.

what I want to know is how a business this horrible with communication, customer service and lack of follow through can have a a customer review rating of **** starts out of 5 stars and still have an A+ rating and accreditation. I have leaf guard gutters on my home and in the warranty and what they tell you is all you have to do is call if there is maintenance or repair that is needed all you need to go is call and they will come out, inspect them and fix them no questions asked. First off you can never get a hold of anyone and when you do you then have to wait up to 2 business days for someone else to call you to schedule a time for them to come out and take a look. After playing phone tag for months if your lucky they show up and after they inspect what is wrong they don't ever have the right part in there truck to fix it, so then the tell you that you have to call and have another service request put in for them to come back with the right part to then never have them show up again. They also don't know how to properly install their own product the first time which also is a whole other run around with them to have them come fix their s**** **** if you can't get your act together bet out of the business. All they are doing is sending out their reps to tell you lies about a product and values that they don't stand by. They also want way too much for their horrible product. My recommendation is to take your hard earned money and spend it on gutters with someone else they don't deserve it.

I spent almost 13K to have the gutters installed. They could not install 25 feet of the guttering. I contacted the company in November of 2023 to request a refund for the work they did not do. It took them over 3 weeks to get in touch with me. I tried for 2 months to get a response. They chose to only communicate via text message. I personally feel that they should have communicated with me verbally, but chose not to. They decided, finally after numerous, to send me a refund check for $1,000.00 which they decided to settle via text. I do not consider this matter as closed. I have attempted to contact them again to advise this was not acceptable. My calculations tell me that they owe me a minimum of $2,431.07. They have chosen to not honor my request for an adjustment. I find this company to be unprofessional. I will continue my efforts to recover the additional amount due. They owe me an additional $1,431.07.

We are still waiting for them to finish the leaking in the patio. No response to calls or texts. Wish we never have gotten the gutter
