  • Customer Complaint:
    Consumers have reached out to BBB with reports card balances have disappeared after the 45 day guarantee expired, prior to being used by the consumers.
    On July 25, 2016, BBB contacted CardCash to address a possible pattern of complaints.
    CardCash advised BBB they have begun adding an insert when mailing out physical cards. The insert includes a step stating “Use the full balance of the card within 45 days of the purchase”. This information will also be included in emails sent to customers who purchase digital cards. CardCash will add the information to their website as well.
    BBB will continue to monitor any incoming complaints to ensure the pattern does not continue.
