      Been waiting 6 months, asked for an ETA or a refund and have received neither. They should not take orders if they don’t have the capacity to fulfill them.

Please know we learned our ****** in regards to overselling and we commit to only sell what is in the box as of the beginning of 2024.       I was skeptical to make thus purchase because of some of the reviews but im glad i did. I just received my 10 gallon still, and everything looks great it came in earlier than expected, which is a great thing. Now, to clean it out and fire it up. Thanks guys at american copper works. I'll be purchasing more in the future to up the volume.

      Same as everyone else. Ordered Jan 2022. texted, asked for refund. Told no refunds, but will send. Got response 10/28/22..told 2 to 3 weeks it will ship. Now March of 2023, still nothing. Just lip service. Do not buy from them.

      I had ordered a 10 gal then i found al the negative reviews here and on Google. I panicked and thought I had been had. The owner called me had along conversation with me, I will admit I was still leary but decided to continue on with the order. He reassured me I would love it . I will sa I am wrong for the thoughts I had prior, my oder was delivered on time and man is it beautiful! Heavy wall thickness,clean joints ,and polished . I am glad I chose them and they can give you my info if you want a personal reference my name is **** from greogia. He got a bad wrap during the covid b*******, and if your in business then you understand the **** supply shortage on everything. Please do t ne scared to do business with them. They are just trying to do the best by everyone and make a living.

      I purchased a small still as a gift for a vet. American Copper works missed my deadline- wait! They called me upon recognizing the sensitive timeliness I was on, asked me to consider a 30 gal still ready for shipping instead. I agreed. Thank you folks at American Copper works for a system that ran great on the first run. I was responsible for ordering the kit, dealt with the logistics pain, but I am readying myself to purchase my own unit from ACW'S. All the while, I just tasted our vets 1st run & he looks like a smiling walrus! Thank you ACW's for a beautiful distillation unit, not only gorgeous & distinctive- but fast & furious! Love to show you the videos!

      Company is either poorly ran or a huge scam. Ordered a still over a year ago. After multiple attempts to contact them about what it's status is or a refund they gave excuses and told me it'll be sent soon. Still hasn't arrived and now I'm getting no response about the status or being refunded. Save yourself time and money and avoid this place. Always sad when you run into American companies like this. If I ever get the still I'll update.

      After a miscommunication I was able to get the owner Jon on the phone he was able to solve my issue immediately and he is a man of his work for delivering a high quality product for a great price and I am sure my purchase will last me for many years to come
