      Completely unacceptable billing and customer service system. I tried to pay my toll by mail, but my check was never cashed. I tried to pay online via credit card, but the system couldn't process it. I tried to set up an account (without ordering a transponder), but again the system couldn't process my request. No answer on the customer service line, no response from leaving a call-back number. Clearly, the system is rigged to force customers to purchase/rent a transponder. I do not want a transponder, I travel through NH perhaps once or twice a year and it is not cost effective for me. Frustrated and feeling ripped off ...

      Their website is minimally responsive when trying to pay a toll. Buttons to proceed through the forms do not work and the page had to be reloaded, leading to me needing to re-enter information multiple times. Not only that, but booths that are intended to be manned so that you don't have to deal with their poorly functioning website are closed/unmanned, forcing drivers who would prefer to pay cash to then pay an additional fee for the privilege of paying later. If I could leave less than a one star review, I would.

      I have reached out for help for weeks and still am being charged full price when I even replaced my transponder. I've called in been hung up on, sat on hold for 45 minutes and waited for call backs on several occasions for over 5 hours. No one will help, all they'll do is send automated messages saying my transponder isn't working. I was lied to several times on recorded lines. I ask that someone higher up in the state look into the people having issues and offer a resolution.

      I called Ezpass NH 35 minutes ago and I was 20 on line. I am still on call for more than 45 minutes and still says that I am the 20 on line. I have this costumer costumer . They are very unprofessional

      This has to be the worst system. On the phone to resolve an absolutely ridiculous amount of money they want in "administrative fees". There were 20 people ahead of me and I've been on hold for 40 minutes so far. There are still 20 people ahead of me. How is this possible?

      Im having the same issues as everyone else. Transponder that works. All these fees and charges racking up because it didnt register. 20 callers head of me when I call. Absolutely atrocious. Will be following up on these complaints.

      Clown show. On the phone with them for an hour and keep hearing 20 people are in front of me. Apparently I owe $500 even though I have a EZ pass transponder on the car and an account in **. Impossible to get to the bottom of it without an invoice number. What a poorly run system.

      If I could put a ZERO I would. More than 3 times I have been wrongly billed. 3 times I have complained. 2 times I have been told it will not happen again. WRONG.These are the laziest people and all should be fired and a new contract awarded to another company

      My numerous complaints with NH EZPass are the same as all of these other reviews. Online help is not helpful at all! If someone responds to an online question, there is no way to ask questions and/or counter the response. Calling takes hours to get a person on the line. Recording says 20 callers ahead at first and an hour now into the call and still 20 callers ahead of me. When you actually get someone to answer, the representatives are rude, not willing to listen to the issues at hand even after several calls for the same problem and always blames the customer for problems rather than trying to resolve.

      Periodically, I am getting a bill from New Hampshire E-Z Pass. They are charging me an extra processing fee. For some reason, occasionally, they are not capturing my transponder. It is in the same place as it is all the time, and I go through the toll twice a day, but it does not work all the time.Very organized Mafia...
