      Working with Alex has been great! We have worked with him a couple of times over the last year. Recently, we had an animal on our deck eating one of our plants. I didn't get a good look at it but we think it was a woodchuck. When I opened the deck door it ran off. Alex set a trap and we had it in place for about a week with nothing being trapped. He came every day to check the trap. We finally decided to remove the trap since we didn't get anything. Alex is easy to contact and is very knowledgeable. We will definitely work with him again should the need arise.

      I was concerned about the protection device on our dryer vent. Alex came out at the instruction of the manager to check it for me. He cleaned it and checked it all out for free. He also gave me advice on cleaning it periodically. I am very pleased and grateful for Critter Control.
