  We contracted with Critter Control for last year using their yearly support fee for mole removal. They did not remove any moles. We had a very active mole infestation in late October but were told it was too late in the season for them to do anything. We paid them to come out this year for service and they were quick to collect the fee but didn’t show up until over a week later. I asked the service technician to have his owner call me. The owner did call but immediately became combative and refused to offer any suggestions on how he could remedy the mistakes made in the late fall. He even told me he talked to me multiple times last year and removed three moles from my property which was not true. For a service company, they do not provide the service but are quick to ask for your money.

  We do provide a seasonal mole program, and we visit the property every 10-14 days throughout the summer months. As the season turns into colder weather and ground becomes hard due to drought conditions and also frozen ground or snowfall, we are unable to set traps any longer. There will be warmer days towards the end of the year where the moles will show up, but with the ground temps being cold we can no longer set traps, which we believe is the case as to what happened the previous season. There was no current mole activity as of this season. We will be refunding this customer.

  Critter Control did reverse charge for this year. But the damage was done last fall and they refused in anyway to help for last years damage. Information on moles states clearly they are very active in fall and Critter Control did not even come out to determine if they could set a trap. The weather was very warm last fall and our yard was watered late into season. Never did they tell us when we signed for a year of service they only show up in spring and summer months. Buyer needs to be aware and I am now.

  I spent almost $500 to have Critter Control take care of a mole issue in my yards. After they pulled up the traps, I still had a mole issue and called them to inform them of this issue. The woman I spoke with stated that the moles were going underground and that they would no longer be setting traps. It's now the middle of December and the moles are still wrecking havoc in my yard, which currently looks like a war zone. I would definitely not recommend using this company. What a rip-off!!!

  We hired Critter Control to assess some areas where we think bats or mice are getting inside. The cost for this was $259 + Tax so over $270. The (friendly) technician was here less than 1 hour. He did not even look at our crawl space in the attic. I then received an estimate via email for $550 for repairs/patches. I emailed back and asked if they would wave the $259 assessment that was very brief, and we would move forward with the work, and never received a reply. I then called and asked about it, and the woman who answered the call was very rude, and short with me. Very punchy and not customer service oriented or hospitality minded. We will not use this company again and were disappointed with the high cost with no value received. We are now starting from scratch, we got no value at all from the $270 we paid.

  Great service and always professional help. Had bats a couple years back and Tom got them out of our attic. We live with a forest behind us so there are bats outside and may sleep under our deck. No problem as we never get mosquitos. Would highly recommend Critter Control!

  Alex was knowledgable and patient with our woodchucks situation. I'm afraid my particular woodchucks are geniuses and we could not catch them but Alex provided creative solutions to prevent further digging and hiding by my bedroom wall ! I love that he and his company are truly respectful of wildlife and are not just there to kill the poor animals. Alex came back and forth and always with a friendly and positive attitude This was the third year that Alex and Critter Control took care of my wildlife issue, and for sure we will call them again as it would seem that the woodchucks- raccoon population is in no way in danger of eradication in Omaha !

  Tom did an excellent job. He inspected the attic as well as the roof line outside. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to have him work at our house.
