We found Frontline Finishing Group during Covid. At the time we were having a difficult time finding a quality General Contractor.
Thomas Hall did an excellent job of keeping us informed of change orders with regards to costs. We were able to complete the project within our budget. Since then, we have worked with Frontline and Mr. Hall two more times for construction projects. They have always been fair and open with the pricing. We have also been impressed with Frontline's commitment to our needs for quality and style. We believe it really matters to them that the job is done well. There was an issue with a plan that was read incorrectly but Frontline fixed it at no cost to us.
This is why we will continue to work with Mr. Hall and Frontline in the future.
We also feel working with veteran owned businesses is important for our community.
We are happy to give Frontline Finishing Group a positive review.

It's been a great pleasure working with you to complete your visions. The faith and trust you put into us means more than you'll ever know. We hope to continue working on any future projects that may come along. Thanks again for trusting FFG.

I recently had work done on the exterior of my house. Frontline Finishing Group was patient and extremely helpful through the process. I struggle with visualizing the end result and Tom made the whole process seamless and fun. The new stone on the outside of my house makes it feel like I have a brand new build. Tom took the time to walk me through the entire process and educate me not only on the value of what I was doing and how it accomplished my vision. I will definitely be recommending his services in the future.

I think the review from Bobbi F is dead on, our project is not a large one, it's remove a divider in the living room, prep the living room walls, hallway walls and the ceiling for painting, paint the trim, remove a old mail drop in the living room and patch with dry wall, remove carpet and pad as we are having another company finish installing flooring, our home is a Two bed room ranch and very large maybe 900 square feet not counting the basement.
Thomas came out to our house had some good suggestions, told me they could start the second full week of September, Thomas said the work would probably take about a week or maybe less and that he would and estimate for me by the next day, he just needed to know when the other company was coming out so he could schedule us. withing a few minutes I texted him the information as to when the other company was coming out, no response, he could have said ok, thanks will get estimate over to you, heard nothing back the next day so I called left voice message sent email to the company email address and texted him no response. I did finally get a text from him saying that I was extreme in contacting him, all I wanted was to know if he was going to send me a estimate or not, Thomas told me that I would have the estimate on Friday 9-1-2023, today is Thursday 9-7-2023 still not estimate.

    Mr. S******,
It's unfortunate that you feel the way you do about Frontline Finishing Group Inc. It's also unfortunate that you bring a previous review into yours without ever speaking to that individual. Had you done so, you would know that things are quite different. That's the problem with reviews. Contractors are not obligated to do your work, just as you are not obligated to hire said contractor. For you to leave a review on someone whom you did not hire says that FFG made the right decision in not pursuing your project. We wish you luck and hope you attain what your looking for. Slandering people because you feel you can are not the people we want to work for. Again, we apologize that you feel the way you do.

2021 met Thomas Hall signed a contract for a deck and addition to our garage. 2023 still no deck after many promises and addition and original garage will need concrete removed and replaced after Sub did a crappy job. THAT IS, if the Zoning Board gives us a wavier to keep. There's a chance the addition will need to be demolished. Plus no permit taken out for the deck and permit for addition was taken after built already started in 2022 then voided. House Siding was also contracted. Permit pulled after we received a noticed that all work needed to stop because of no permit. Sub wasn't up to par so Thomas Hall held payment. Sub put a Lien on our house for 31,000 plus. We hired someone to fix the siding mess at $4,900 then asked Thomas to pay the Sub many times so Lien would be removed and siding Sub would reimburse us the $4,900. Again promises not kept. Needless to say we hired a new contractor. New contractor will be going before the zoning board to try and salvage everything. Plus new contractor has filed a permit for my long awaited new deck.

Although mistakes were made, we have made every attempt to rectify each and every one of them. We paid the siding contractor his due and it is up to them to remove the lien and return your $4900 that you chose to pay after we said we would. We also paid the fees for the zoning waiver, once again you chose not to allow that to move forward. We offered to tear out the concrete at our own expense. We have maintained over and over that we were here to help make any of it right. We are truly sorry for your experience.
