"I think the review from Bobbi F is dead on, our project is not a large one, it's remove a divider in the living room, prep the living room walls, hallway walls and the ceiling for painting, paint the trim, remove a old mail drop in the living room and patch with dry wall, remove carpet and pad as we are having another company finish installing flooring, our home is a Two bed room ranch and very large maybe 900 square feet not counting the basement.Thomas came out to our house had some good suggestions, told me they could start the second full week of September, Thomas said the work would probably take about a week or maybe less and that he would and estimate for me by the next day, he just needed to know when the other company was coming out so he could schedule us." ...
