      we have NEVER dealt with this company and are being harassed by a third party on their behalf a company by the name Account Recovery Mediation they are making threats about a loan

      A voice-mail was left on my phone by the office of David ****** on 8-15-23.It stated that my personal information was being collected, ie; wage earnings, assets, sources of income, and he was going to give me a Chance to " tell my side of the story" I returned the call on 8-16-23. Mr ****** was busy but his secretary told me I was in default of a loan originating in 2014 for a little over 1000 dollars with the company EZ Money. She also stated I have a court date 10-4-23 , but did not state where, and along with the balance owed, I would be responsible for 1500 dollars in court fees. After this phonecall I did some checking of my own as I knew I have never had any business or corispondence with this company. My credit report was clean with NO mention of Ez Money on it and no accounts delinquent of any kind. As I read through these reviews, it is apparent this is a prey tactic being used. I called today 8_17-23, and of course Mr ****** was not available AGAIN. I relayed what I found. His secretary said I would not see it on my credit report, which frankly is not true. A delinquent account from 2014, really?? I made it clear to her that these harassing phonecalls over an account I NEVER HAD must cease and desist. I also indicated I will be contacting the BBB and anyone else that will listen about this shady business practice. I expect this to be resolved immediately and to never receive these calls from " Mr ******" or what ever name they choose to use in the future as well as EZMoney or any other name they choose to work with. Thank you
