      I got a call today saying I am getting served papers to go to court for a loan I took out in 2013. Oddly enough they had all my information, how I don’t know. But A. I know 1000% I didn’t take out a loan thru ez money or a loan in general and also it’s 13 years ago it’s illegal to go after someone past a certain amount of time. And also he said if I didn’t I could hire an attorney and go to court or B settle with them. Ummm ok. If you google the company they were sued in 2015 for this.

      I received a call and threat from EZMoney of a small claims action from 2014. The company they said I worked for, I never worked for in 2014, and have no recollection of taking out a short-term loan, as they called it. They said they’d be serving me with papers on Monday.

      I submitted a review last month about a company easy money ez money harassment phone calls from them demanding money from a so called pay day loan that to my knowledge I never received and also there saying was 17! Years ago I believe this sounds like a scam to me and I seen many other complaints about them on google as well there demanding 5035 dollars The company is ez money they are rude and again I do not think I ever used them people for anything

      I received a call from a servicing company saying I needed to call this law firm back. When I called back I was connected to a company named GFS, Dylan J**** Saying it took out a PayDay Loan from EZ Money Loans Services in November 2014-2016. Then when I called back he told me, I took out the loan in November 2013 and I owed $1989.93. But I live in CA and this loan place only covers Iowa, Michigan, etc. I’m like well it’s not me. I asked him to provide documentation. He yelled at me and told me I was wasting his time and I would have to deal with it in court. I asked him where will they be sending the documents so I make sure to receive them. He told me I was asking redundant questions and hung up when I asked for his supervisor. I called back and read the law to him and he again hung up on me saying they don’t have to give me any information. I said well I can’t pay anything to someone I don’t know. Until I am provided the appropriate documentation. This debt is not mines and I request you stop calling me with fraudulent information. He again hung up.

      My husband just received a letter in the mail saying he owes $811 from 14 years ago. Said he took out the loan and closed his account. Said they will be filing a civil lawsuit in a week if it's not paid. We will be more than happy to go to court with them and tell them what scamming thieves they are! DO YOUR RESEARCH. Do not pay these people a dime!

      My husband just got a letter saying owes $1100. He has never dealt with them. Got a letter out of the blue from Fidelity Legal Services looking to be paid in 2 days. The letter has tons of errors in it. First indicated his credit score was in high 700's which is not true at all and said just checked it. Then said his check didn't clear because his bank account closed which is not true. He has had the same bank account for over 20 years. Then said his check didn't clear - which he never writes checks. Plus several other errors. What is this a scam? We are contacting our attorney. This is a joke. Who are these people?

      These people are calling and stating I took out a 500 loan 6 years ago and never paid. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WItH THESE PEOPLE or any payday service. Tried to tell me my husband did without me knowing. Stating I should speak to him. My husband did not nor would he ever as he has his own spending account. No paperwork EVER sent to me, Can't get through to any one. This place should be closed for fraud !!!!!!!!!!

      My identity was stolen back then someone took out loan in my name and now I have to pay back then loan in my name which I never did.account services keep my family members and harrowing them even called my ex wife.i ask for documentation of loan which account services and ezmoney loan won't provide either

      This company is claiming I owe them $1,032 from a loan taken out over 10 years ago. Did not take out a loan from this place ever and now they have some mediation place calling me telling me they are going to file with check systems and sue to freeze my account. Looked up both the mediation company out of Atlanta Georgia and this EZ Money loan place and see that the mediation company doesn’t exist as a real company, and EZ Money has scammed tons of people. Very fraudulent and illegal with what they are doing to people. I will be reaching out to an attorney today.

      This company called me and said that a civil matter was filed against me. They even reached out to a family member about me. I don’t even know who they are. I never did any business with them…don’t fall for this scam!
