  Great Big Canvas is a big disappointment when trying to return. Received framed print Jan 26 and did not like the print quality. Called the same day to return and recording advised return by email on their site as phone calls are not answered. Sent repeated emails and no response after 2 weeks. Still trying to reach them so I can return within their 30 day limit. Very poor service!**************

  Bought it a canvas print with floating frame. There is damage to the top of the frame. Also, a floating frame is not supposed to be set the way they set it. They are not answering their phones during the day, stating that because of the great demand, but you are welcome to use their chat, which, conveniently is not available, ever. I finally had someone email me and I provided the requested photos. I received an email meant for another customer which had received a positive outcome. I wrote back stating who I was and what my claim number was and that I had provided the requested pictures. No response back, regardless of how many Emails I have sent. The canvas print looks nothing like a painting. very dissatisfied.

  They do not answer the phone. They do not answer emails. They ignore you and hope you'll go away. Avoid this company. They are unethical and unprofessional.

  I ordered before one painting from this company, it came in beautiful. This time, on this order they did not get it right, the painting is shallow looking, colors are very faded, looks nothing like the one I saw on line as advertised. It is a horse running out from the woods in snow, it os a white canvas and no snow, horse big body, back legs barely noticeable due to the big body, etc. It must be a return. Initiated the return, received a confirmation of receipt but nobody calls back, no answers to questions, too hard to communicate, not worth the effort. I want my money back, will not buy again and will not recommend to buy from this company. On line, big selection, beautiful prints but when you get it, it gives the impression that it is not the same print you ordered on.

  Ordered a canvas print Christmas Barn.Was given a delivery date but never received the package. Tried numerous times to contact the company by phone and email but never got a response. Contacted the credit card company to stop payment. Very dissatisfied with this transaction. I will never purchase an other product from this company again. EVER

  I ordered a large canvas in early November with a delivery date before Thanksgiving. Kept checking the website and still "processing" on December 1. Tried to call, but phones are not being answered?! The message on the phone said they aren't answering emails either. I'm thinking I got scammed out of approx. $675. Finally was able to communicate with a "live chat" and requested a refund. They did refund the money, but what kind of business operates this way!

  Worst customer service ever!!!!! They sent my ordered and paid for painting to the wrong address, despite multiple emails showing them the error on the *** tracking slip. I begged them to correct this. No response and no phone service. Very frustrating!!!!!! The worst!!!!

  I have order a canvas print from these people and paid in advance. It's been 19 days and I've not heard a word from them. I've sent 3 emails and cannot call due to no phone number.

  THIS COMPANY WILL DRIVE YOU CRAZY. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS ALWAYS down AND THEY DO NOT TO RESPOND TO E-MAILS., tHERE IS SOMETHING WRONG THERE. As soon as they have your money, one means nothing to them and they ignore any form of contact.
