    I purchased 14 floating frame canvas pieces in late 2023 for my home spending $7K with this company. They were very respondent when I was in the purchase phase; they are 100% nonrespondent now that I am having multiple issues with the artwork. I have written 6 requests for customer support over the past month and a half with zero response. The canvasses, 5 so far, have separated from the frames and have spontaneously popped out and fallen off the wall. The worst situation with these incidents is that 4 of the canvasses -- large pieces--were hung on a wall off a 12' platform where we had decorated for Christmas. When the first of the canvasses crashed, it messed up a portion of the decor and knicked the paint, not to mention destroyed the canvas. Over a few days, all 4 of the pieces in that area separated and were damaged in the fall. I really wish that I had investigated this company more diligently beforehand. If I could give zero stars, that is what I would choose. Stay away from company, ****.

    I have sent five requests now and have had no response. No one answers at the phone number they provide and the voicemail doesn't even announce who they are; just asks you to leave a message. The *** tracking reads that they do not see shipment and to contact shipper. I have sent them screenshots to no avail. They basically took my money and never shipped the product, which was a gift. I am livid. My reference number is: ******* if those crooks are reading this. Have used them before and have gotten some poor quality item and some good ones. They used to actually have great customer service. I do not know what has happened, but I will never use them again after this.

    The canvas picture is so dark that characters on the canvas cant be seen nor any details of the rugs under them. Its just solid black rugs when the image should have details on the rugs. The wiring method sent to hang the painting cant support this canvass weight. The framing is done in wood when wood was not the option chosen. The email from GreatBigCanvas says FREE RETURNS & EASY EXCHANGES!In the first 30 days, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.Exchanges The FULL AMOUNT of your item INCLUDING SHIPPING will be credited toward your new item. There is no cost to you to return the original item.Store Credit The FULL AMOUNT you paid for your item INCLUDING SHIPPING will be applied as a store credit to your GREAT BIG CANVAS account. There is no shipping cost to return the original item.Store Credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. Refunds For refunds, the amount paid for your item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. There is no shipping cost to return the original item.After 30 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.Once you fill out the refund part, they have an automatic email sent saying a representive will get back with you shortly. However, no one will ever respond just like eveyone elses complaint. On the Contact Us page it says Call us Mon- Fri 9-5. I called at 1 pm Eastern time on a non holiday weekday, which would be between 9-5 but again, it goes immediately to an automatic message saying we are closed and are only opened from Mon-Fri 9-5, but again this is Mon-Fri 9-5 non-holiday and so as we can see, they wont respond to mail, chat, or phone ever. Look, I dont even know why this company is in business or allowed to blatantly lie to everyone and give everyone a runaround continuously. I would like a refund. That is all. My support ticket is *******.

    Ordered a $500 item. Was told item would ship in 10 business days. Didnt hear anything at all. Contacted them on 10th business day. No response. Contacting them on the next business day. No response. Still waiting..... ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! SEEKING ACTION AGAINST THEM!!@

    I ordered two prints two weeks ago. I have attempted several times to reach them via email and have not received a response. I tried calling them but their customer service has voicemail that states they do not answer the phone. The product was never shipped. And they refuse to acknowledge my complaint after taking over $500 of my money. The items were never shipped

    Poor quality and WAY over priced.You can get the same or better pictures framed or not at places like At Home, etc for about 1/4 the cost. The large wall picture that we ordered was almost $400 and the quality was just not there, plus the inner canvas came loose because it was just put together with a cheap piece of two-sided tape. I ended up using a small s**** through the back of the outer frame to hold it in place.

    Product I ordered was fine, but this company does not honor email opt-outs. Would never use them again under any circumstance. Unacceptable.

    I wish I had checked this site before I ordered. I, like many others, have never received my print despite being told by the company in numerous emails that it had shipped. *** has no file of a shipment for me so their "tracking" number is a lie. I believe they are a scam and I am extremely disappointed in such a dishonest company. They cannot be contacted because their phone has been "temporarily" disconnected (for weeks) due to high call volume due to backlogged orders. I don't expect any solution from them. Susan
